Cedrick chooses Klimt
A break from the Hellhound arc - it’s Cedrick’s birthday! - For his 9th birthday, Cedrick’s grandfather Erik Ström allowed him to pick any one of his cat’s kittens for a pet (the others were given to other Ström family members). Cedrick picked Klimt, the runt of the litter, because he looks very much like his grandfather’s cat Klum. Like mentioned before, Klimt was named after the Austrian painter famous for his gold paintings due to his orange fur. - Erik adopted Klum from a breeder who didn’t want her anymore because she was believed to be too old to have any more kittens; Klum started to eat more than usual, gained weight, and weeks later gave birth to kittens, surprising everyone. It’s quite obvious how each cat was named - after people with last names that starts with “K”: Klum, Kaulitz, Klimt, Klaus, and Kaiser (a fifth kitten Klein sadly didn’t survive due to illness). —
