And this is what the mermaid has been up to. Does Vincent-Claude know that this isn’t the girl he’s been obsessed with? — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #halftone #animestyle #mangastyle #comic #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #woman #mermay2019 #mermay

And “backup” is a very grumpy Grandpa Erik and Freyja Ström. Papa Ström isn’t happy to see that his son-in-law was defeated by a mermaid. - You can kind of think Erik Ström like a Tony Stark, running a shipping business to disguise his expertise in occult weaponry - something the Kaspers will need capture and kill the mermaid. - Freyja looks like a dainty lady, but she can pack a punch - especially if her family is in trouble. She and the Herr Doktor are childhood sweethearts, making them a couple nobody should mess with - that’s if anyone knows that they are a couple. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #halftone #animestyle #mangastyle #comic #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #father #daughter #fatheranddaughter #man #woman #mermay2019 #mermay

So how did the mermaid escape? First, she threw poor Kimiko at them. Second, she screams at them. A mermaid’s scream is deafening for females but makes males attracted to her. Both Kaspers were caught off guard, frozen with admiration while the Williams girls were covering their ears in pain as the mermaid took some stuff and ran out. - After suffering the embarrassing encounter with the mermaid, Johannes Faustuz and Cedrick need help in order to kill her. So who’s “backup”? — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #halftone #animestyle #mangastyle #originalcharacters #malecharacters #man #boy #doctor #femalecharacters #girl #child #woman #nurse #mermay2019 #mermay

But seriously Tricia - there is a mermaid right behind you. — Patricia “Tricia” Williams is Queenie’s older cousin who lives with Queenie, Tyrone, and Asia. She doesn’t like Johannes Faustuz or his son Cedrick, thinking they’re both dorky, lack style, and makes fun of their accents. She also has a bad habit of rubbing people the wrong way by insulting them at first meeting. But despite her attitude problem and chips on her shoulders, Tricia is loyal to whoever she deems worthy. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #halftone #black #white #grey #gray #blackandwhite #blackandwhiteart #mangastyle #originalcharacters #malecharacter #man #femalecharacters #girl #child #aquarium #mermaid #mermay2019 #mermay

It’s alive! So now how will they kill the mermaid? And what will Johannes Faustuz talk about with Tyrone regarding Queenie? - I thought about coloring this page, but I’m feeling lazy.😅 Maybe the next page or a character sheet featuring these two characters and the Meerjungfrau. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #halftone #black #white #grey #gray #blackandwhite #blackandwhiteart #mangastyle #originalcharacters #malecharacter #man #femalecharacter #girl #child #mermaid #mermay2019 #mermay

Looks like we scared him. 😱 This time Cedrick isn’t wearing glasses, and he’s wearing warm colors instead of his usual blues, greens, and teal (excluding his pink shoes). It’s pretty obvious where the black, red, gold/yellow with a dash of blue comes from (think national flag colors). - I plan on making another one of these with Vincent-Claude. He’ll be wearing Lacoste with the classic blue, white, red tricolor scheme. - Feel free to color in the #lineart - just tag me @frauv8 and #colorthisinyourstyle_fv8. I also included a plainer version of Cedrick in case you want to put your own logo of choice on his hoodie. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #character #originalcharacter #malecharacter #blond #black #red #gold #yellow #adidas #adidashoodie #hoodie #stripes #halftone #bowlcut

Kasper Fantasy Concept: Doctor Richard Kasper, Sigrid, and a really little Johannes Faustuz clutching a skeleton plushie. - In his mortal form as the Half-Breed Quack Doctor Richard, Death sells various traded goods and homemade medicine (that may or may not work - depends on dosage and duration) from his wooden cart located in front of the borderlands tavern. Sigrid also sells handmade goods such as knitted dolls and hand-grown mushrooms and herbs; she often takes care of the cart when Richard is gone either restocking or meeting the goddess Fate’s kill quota as Death. That leaves little Faustuz alone with his toys, often watching his parents work from a hiding spot. - There are other versions I drew: without their son, and just father and son. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #originalcharacters #femalecharacter #malecharacter #characterdesign #characterart #fantasy #fantasyart #elf #child #fathermotherson #boy #family #redmushrooms #woodencart #blackrobe #skeletonplush #blackandwhite_art #blackandwhite #mangastyle #illustration
