Another of Richard and Sigrid. • Richard often helps Sigrid with her schoolwork; occasionally when he’s out shopping for work supplies and books, he might find a couple notebooks/journals/diaries his girlfriend would like using since they’re plain and have blank pages for her to doodle notes. • Aina loved seeing her daughter Sigrid and Richard finally becoming a couple; they stayed together despite the academy’s strict rules about dating, Richard’s true identity as Death and background as a foreigner, and the large age gap. It was when the timer from Sigrid’s curse went off Richard was forced to separate from her, tearing out her soul only days after she gave birth to their son. • Since the arcade owner is a close friend of her mother’s, Sigrid is allowed to take home some of his apples. She’s tall for a teenage girl, but not quite tall enough to reach the top branches of his tree; both she and the arcade owner are appreciative whenever Richard is around to pick the apples hardest to reach (Batty, on the other hand, gets upset seeing a stranger helping his father when he has time to help himself). • Richard often gets playful when showing his affections for Sigrid; she’ll get embarrassed if it’s too much affection, but gets upset if he’s not around for long periods of time - if he’s gone for too long, Sigrid would start crying and worry that he had been injured during his travels or had reverted back to his true form as Death Himself. —
