The Beauty and The Bookworm - Freyja and Johannes Faustuz as children. - Freyja always liked Faustuz ever since they met despite her being a rich pretty girl while he’s a poor orphan boy studying his hardest to become a doctor. As to why she likes him, Faustuz still wonders how he got a beautiful wife when he’s such a geek. Maybe it’s their shared love for books, maybe she had pity for him, or maybe she just has the hots for nerdy boys, lol. - He’s older than her by about half a year, but at age 10, Faustuz is much shorter than Freyja. Because of his small size, Freyja thinks she can make him grow up faster like a plant by giving him lots of love and food; of course, it just takes a little longer time for him to catch up compared to the other boys. In 3 years he’ll be as tall as her, 5 years he’ll start getting taller than her, and 8 years he’ll be so tall that she’ll miss being able to snatch him up into her arms so easily - it’ll be the opposite with him sweeping her off her feet when they get married. —
