Another pic of Cedrick stuck at home like the majority of people in the world right now. — My job was abruptly canceled today due to county orders. It was pretty dramatic, especially having to type up and display the official statement for the world to see. 😐 But luckily somebody out there nearby needed a graphics operator for broadcasting, so I’m not totally out of work yet (it’s only a matter of time before that county decides the same thing). TV is considered an essential service, and I’m in the industry, so yes, I know I’m risking my health so that people are “informed and entertained” while they’re stuck at home (also, no work means no money for food and rent 🥺). So if you ain’t doctors, nurses, police officers, first responders, mail people, store workers, restaurant workers, utilities people, car repairer, and others assigned as “essential”, STAY HOME. We’re providing you services to make your sheltered lives more convenient and comfortable; staying home makes it safer for us by making it less likely to get the virus en route to work. Also, be nice to service people; they may not be doctors/nurses treating the sick, but they’re also in the front lines risking their lives to help the rest of society hunker down and stay safe. (that’s my rant for the day) —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #drawing #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #boy #teenager #teenageboy #teenboy #indoors #stayathome #blue #pixaloop #frauv8_ocs

Tyrone and Kimiko on lunch break with Johannes Faustuz. (when there’s no virus) — If Tyrone’s wife Asia finds out he got hold of a beef burger, she’s going to be uber pissed (Asia is vegan, and she usually delivers her homemade lunches for him); he snags his burgers from Hr. Dr. Kasper whenever he treats his colleagues with the best burgers and shakes in SoCal (Faustuz normally has packed bento boxes, sandwiches, and juice boxes in his office refrigerator). - Kimiko usually settles with a bowl of ramen from the vending machine and bottle of tea; if she’s ambitious, Kimiko would have made her own sushi rolls for lunch. For fun, she likes to compare her bento boxes with Faustuz’s (he was raised by a Japanese aunt). —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #characterdesign #malecharacter #man #doctor #femalecharacter #woman #nurse #frauv8_ocs

Millions of us are glued to our phones for various reasons, whether it’s a viral video or a virus destroying life as we know it. Regardless of whether they’re good or bad, smart phones are essential in today’s world; they are mobile computers, a way of communicating and connecting with everyone, a means of news and literature. In the extreme end, it’s a means of comfort and addiction for many to escape the harsh reality of the world despite the cost of sleep, sanity, and curtesy. — Johannes Faustuz rarely has time to be on his phone. But when he gets a chance to check it, it’s often a video message from his wife Freyja encouraging him to keep up with his work, or his son Cedrick sending him a sarcastic meme/GIF/video to cheer him up. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #pixaloop #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #smartphone #smartphoneglow #frauv8_ocs

This time with the Williams Family watching Queenie’s favorite movie “Frozen” for who-knows-how-many times. Tricia is starting to miss her tutoring sessions with Cedrick despite not liking him (or anything else besides sports). Asia had to close up the family salon, open by appointments only; her jewelry shop is still open online. As for Tyrone, he’s staying with Johannes Faustuz at the hospital to keep his family safe from being infected by the virus; he often interrupts Queenie’s “Frozen Marathon” with a video call thru TV every day. - Feel free to color in the #lineart on the last slide, and tag: @frauv8 #colorthisinyourstyle_fv8 —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #drawing #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #femalecharacters #woman #girls #indoors #watchingtv #nighttime #stayathome #purple #frauv8_ocs

#repost of poor Uncle Hans getting his Elsa makeover. Now Hr. Dr. Kasper looks like a zombie at the hospital dealing with the virus. - I watched “Frozen II” last night, and it’s a hot mess with great music and visuals. I feel so sorry for anyone with little kids who demand to rewatch both movies and three side adventures (there’s a freaking LEGO one too!) over and over. - Which Disney film I can watch over and over again without being annoyed? “Emperor’s New Groove.” Love that movie. Voting Results From Story 🗳: Down — It’s unofficially Spring (yet it’s pouring buckets and blowing icy wind outside right now), so here’s two of the “Daddies” holding bouquets and looking quite stylish.💐 (My husband pointed out Faustuz looks a bit like Steve Jobs, and actually thought his glasses looked nice, lol) - Tyrone, Johannes Faustuz, and their boss Leyon are called “The Daddies” or “Daddy Doctors” at work since they often hang out together to talk about their challenges of being dads; Tyrone has a toddler daughter (Queenie) and young adult niece (Tricia), Faustuz has a teenage son (Cedrick), and Leyon has an adult son (Vincent-Claude). - I thought about making an info graphic slide show featuring my doctor OCs about the current microbe causing troubles, but I’m not a doctor and my knowledge on Epidemics is a bit dated (I was taking advanced Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy college classes back when H1N1 Swine Flu was the new big bad bug in 2008-2009). I’d focus on more light-hearted basic stuff (like washing your hands while singing cheesy 90s song choruses, and fun greetings), and “Flatten the Curve” to help overworked medical institutions and workers by practicing common sense. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #men #flowers #blue #frauv8_ocs

Blinking with boba. Kimiko Abe and Vincent-Claude DeValeur (old drawing from two years ago on 2nd slide). And 3 March is Kimiko’s birthday, so her admirer is extra cuddly this time. - Vinnie is a bit of a womanizer chasing after anything female, but by far, his biggest crush has been Kimiko; he adores her naive nature and finds her so cute that he can’t resist snatching her up in his arms. Poor Kimiko doesn’t know how to react to his advances, so she tries to run away and hide; it’s not really known whether she really does like him because she’s so skittish and shy. So are they or are they not a couple? Eh... Even I’m not sure, lol. It’s the whole family! As a cute chibi pile! — Someone had questioned whether if everyone would be blond, but NO! Not all Swedes, Germans, or Scandinavians in general are blond in real life, so this family should reflect that fact (my grandma is Swedish, and she had auburn hair like Freyja’s cousins Einar and Gunnar). It’s a silly, stupid stereotype that gets tacked on for lots of nationalities that are “majority White” (*glares at a certain popular anime that starts with an “H”*). — Freyja loves both halves of her family, but it’s hinted that she might love her Kasper part more due to the challenges of having an overbearing husband and moody Wunderkind that tests her wits versus the Ströms constantly spoiling her like a princess without question. - Being married to Freyja, poor Johannes Faustuz is often assumed to be a Ström himself by her coworkers and the media (getting the name “Jonah Fritz Ström” from the confusion); he obviously hates it not being called by his actual name and title, but for family’s sake, he’s willing to put up with it. - As for family traits, Ströms usually have blue or green eyes and some shade of blond or red hair. Cedrick looks a lot like his Ström relatives (especially his grandfather Erik and mother’s cousin Werner), but is immediately casted out as a Kasper with his odd eyes (Kaspers inherit heterochromia if they have blue eye genes). — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #family #chibi #chibistyle #frauv8_ocs

Freyja’s four cousins, two sets of brothers: Ragnar with Werner and Einar with Gunnar. - Freyja’s father Erik Ström was the oldest of three sons, so he was set to inherit the family estate and company from his father. But things got heated when Erik had no children for years while his two younger brothers had sons. Things appeared settled once Erik’s wife Sonja was finally expecting a baby, until the baby was a girl. Only once in the far Viking past a female was placed in charge of the Ström clan, so Erik’s brothers weren’t too enthusiastic about their sons being in the service of a woman. All four cousins were at first annoyed with having to treat Freyja as a princess, only to realize as they got older that she’s been bearing all the family’s responsibilities as leader. Before Freyja met Johannes Faustuz, it was once assumed that she would marry one of her cousins, most likely Gunnar. As adults, all four have duties under Freyja to keep the family business running. - •Ragnar is second in line to inherit Ström Corporations, after Freyja should anything happen. He’s very much like his uncle, helping out with the physical labor in making occult weaponry. •Werner is Ragnar’s younger brother; Cedrick has been confused as him now that he’s just as tall, but Werner is more gruff and ragged. He designs weapons based on provided research from the Kaspers, then gives the blueprints to his brother and uncle for completion. •Einar is the oldest son of Erik’s youngest brother. He’s vain, hates fighting monsters, and has the taste for the finest of things - but at a reasonable price, thus he’s in charge of financing. •Gunnar is the youngest cousin, 3 months younger than Freyja, Einar’s brother. As a boy he wanted to marry her, but growing up he realized he didn’t want any part of the demands of being co-leader nor deal with his hot-tempered uncle. He’s still attached to Freyja, often concerned with her public image, making him in charge of marketing/communications. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #characterdesign #cousins #brothers #frauv8_ocs

Football / Soccer jerseys for this activewear/sportswear compilation because I feel like it. - Comment below and let me know which one is your favorite jersey. I think it’s obvious which ones I like most of the four (I own more than one white jersey, lol), but by far, my favorite has been 2018/2019 Germany’s jersey because it’s a beautiful shade of green (last slide). - The Swedish jersey bugs me so much because it’s a shade of what I call “Minion” yellow (yet I still bought one, but only because it was on sale and I can wear it when it gets super hot and humid🤦🏻‍♀️). If it’s not a hair color, yellow is a color I have difficulty with because it has such an intense presence. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #men #man #boy #teen #malecharacters #soccer #football #jerseys #fashion #frauv8_ocs
