#childhoodsweethearts Johannes Faustuz Kasper and Freyja Ström #backtoschool.
-
Freyja looks nervous for many reasons: she hasn’t seen him in months due to summer break and working as a teen model, and the boy she likes is finally growing up taller than her.

I originally planned to draw 4 more characters, but I’m so tired~😑💤
-
Here are the missus:
• Freyja Ström 🇸🇪 (Married to Hr. Dr. Kasper)
• Asia Williams 🇺🇸 (Married to Dr. Williams)
Both are ambitious beauties who married men that most people would be scratching their heads in confusion to figure out why. For Freyja, she thought how Asia and Tyrone met was really romantic; as for Asia, she’s still in disbelief that her favorite TV idol is married to someone she sees as a dork and lacks style.
-
Freyja was a new student from Sweden when she first met Johannes Faustuz, who was the classic class geek. She grew very interested in him when she saw him read books such as “Great Expectations” alongside science and comic books at the library, and felt pity for him once she found out he was a poor orphan raised by his aunt - so much that she often brought two lunches from home so she can feed him and he can “grow up nice and tall” (he was much shorter than her at the time). The two children grew up in love despite her father’s disapproval, which led her to being disowned for several years until Cedrick was born. So it’s Beauty and the Geek/Rich Girl meets Poor Boy for Freyja and Faustuz.
-
For Asia, she lost a bet against Tyrone regarding sports, which he had bet to take her out to dinner. She obviously didn’t find him attractive and still can’t stand his terrible jokes, but one day she found out that Tyrone takes care of the grandmother who had raised him while studying hard to become a pediatrician and working at the local gas station. This made her rethink how she should treat Tyrone, and from there the two got married and had their daughter Queenie.

Close ups of Johannes Faustuz and Cedrick.
They’re very similar, but there are differences between the two Kaspers aside from the frames.

Fantasy Concept:
Something has frightened Princess Freyja, making her run into Faustuz’s arms for safety.

#throwbackthursday pic:
It’s a bit early for #halloween, but here’s something from last year with each Kasper family member dressed up as a #frankenstein: Cedrick as the #frankensteinmonster, Faustuz as #victorfrankenstein, and Freyja as #brideoffrankenstein.

#digitalphotos/#snapshots from my latest #disneyparks trip.
It was really nice with less people on a weekday when many kiddos are back in school.
The new Incredi-coaster was fun, Pirates of the Caribbean was different, Star Tours was meh, Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy was really fun.

Pretty obvious what inspired me to draw this pic - I’m going to @disneyland!
-
Got the whole Kasper family this time, each one dressed up based off a character: Papa as #goofy, Cedrick as #donaldduck, and Mama as #minniemouse with a cute #mickeymouse #tsumtsum in hand.
Of course like many kiddos at Cedrick’s age, it’s so not cool to match with your dorky parents; but he’s definitely very interested in eating that #churro Papa is holding (you can’t resist them there - they’re soooo~ yummy).

It’s a #repost/#redo of my #inktoberprompt for this year -
I just felt like making a nicer, cleaner version with all my slots filled up this time in a fresh #moleskinecahier specifically for #inktober.
-
#inktober2018 for me is all about #flowers (with an occasional original character if I want).
B1-B4 are meant to be “Bonus Pics” either during October or after the 31st, while A1-A7 are either alternatives/additional flowers to use (which can also be more “Bonus Pics”).
-
Feel free to use with the tags @frauv8 #frauv8inktober2018prompt so I can see your art - I’d love to see what you make! ❤️

Haven’t done a #digitaldrawing for some time, so here’s one.
-
And it’s a bit morbid with the older Hr. Dr. Kasper looking so serious with his gloved hand covered in #blood. Perhaps it’s a sign that I’m eager for October to come again so I can have my hands covered and dripping with ink like blood (yes, Inktober is a coming~).

Today’s #workdrawing - it’s #nationaldogday today! 🐶
It’s Fräulein Flicka the Doberman, one of two Kaspers’ dogs. As for who’s next to her, it could be either Freyja or Cedrick - there’s no way Johannes Faustuz would wear those pants. 😅

Today’s #workdrawing that was finished at home. I’ve just been super tired and busy lately!
-
I’d like to make a series of panels based on the idea of Cedrick always wanting to eat his father’s food at different stages in his life, or of the two fighting over Mama Kasper’s leftovers since they’re always so hungry after a long day at work. So this is technically a warmup to see how I’d draw it out.

Yesterday’s and the day before’s #workdrawing that got finished at home as usual.
-
I don’t usually draw these two as children for my fantasy concept. In this storyline, Freyja and Faustuz weren’t as cuddly with each other at this stage in life. In fact, Freyja was very pushy and abusive to the point Faustuz fights back and even thinks about killing her to escape. But because she declared out loud that he belongs to her, thus “imprinted” on him according to mage tradition, he’s committed to take care of her as his mate for life.

It’s #lefthandersday today!
No, I’m not #lefthanded, but I have plenty of #lefties in my family (brother, grandmother, aunt, etc.)
-
So what about my characters?
Cedrick is often said to be a clone of his father, but there’s one big trait he shares with his mother Freyja: he’s a leftie just like her. So for the Kaspers, 2/3 lefties rule. 🤚🏻

Yesterday’s #workdrawing .
Seriously - I’ve been drawing my #originalcharacters with #coffee lately. 🤦🏻♀️
I guess I can call it the “Coffee Cahier”, lol. But I’m sure it’s just a phase since I’ve been caffeine deprived the past several days.

I wish I could be lazy today, but I has work~

Another #workdrawing in my mini #leuchtturm1917 #sketchbook with a #grey #frixionball #frixionstick, a #gudetama #frixion #pen , and one of many #black #ooly #pens .

It’s a young Johannes Faustuz Kasper feeling a bit #tired and #lazy after a long day #studying .
