Hannah (also spelled Hana) is one of the Herr Doktor’s two older cousins; she and her older brother Hansel call him “Fausto” since they don’t like that they’re all named similarly (all three were often nicknamed “Hans”, causing lots of confusion amongst schoolmates). Johannes Faustuz grew up frightened of Hannah for many reasons, from her being the mean older sister figure to feeling her wrath accidentally walking in on her and boyfriend as a little boy. Over the years the two have gotten along better, but Hannah still often pushes her younger cousin around despite his towering height. Hannah also keeps in touch on behalf of his aunt Yoko who feel less close and obliged to maintain a relationship with him since he’s not her biological child. But as the heir of the Kasper’s legacy, Aunt Yoko needs his help in dealing with Yōkai in their home in Kiel. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #blackandwhite #manga #comic #mangastyle #halftone

Hearts and turnips everywhere! - Freyja is finally convinced that it’s not a Skvader in her garden because Mama Wolpertinger is huge (Skvaders to her are supposed to be like small rodents); Baby Wolpertinger also seems to really like Freyja a lot too. Mama Wolpertinger is extremely happy that she and her baby will have enough food for their summer hibernation; for next season, the Kaspers will make sure they have turnips growing in their garden. As for the fairy... Well, there’s one more thing waiting for her. Apparently she’s been punished for being such a bad little sprite. - This was actually fun to draw since it’s all the characters in this story in one pic. The fairy was definitely a fun character to bring back, and she’s most likely to come back again in something else in the future. Next story in mind might actually take place in the fantasy world or go back in time when Freyja and Johannes Faustuz were younger. We’ll see.🤷🏻‍♀️ — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #digitalsketch #illustration #ipadart #ipaddrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #femalecharacter #autodesksketchbook #fathermotherson #wolpertinger #fairy #turnips #animestyle #mangastyle #mythologicalcreatures

The fairy returns!🧚‍♀️ (reminder on the second slide) The fairy was almost killed by Klimt the Weegie, so she still has a grudge towards the Kaspers despite being revived and stitched together by Cedrick. - So does Freyja have any turnips in her garden? No, she doesn’t. Cedrick with rose-flavored bubble tea and wearing his home country’s teal-green colors in jacket form. Both are things I LOVE - rose is my favorite boba drink flavor, and I just LOVE that shade of blue-green (it’s my all-time favorite and go-to color). — Anyway, I included the #lineart for anyone who wants to color it - tag it #colorthisinyourstyle_fv8 @frauv8. Father’s Day is coming. What will you give your dad on Sunday? - He may not look it, but Papa Kasper is quite happy with his cup of coffee. He likes it steaming hot, without cream, and a maximum of two teaspoons of raw sugar. - He actually got his signature #1dad mug from a work raffle, not from his son Cedrick; it was suppose to say “No.1 Doctor”, but it was a mislabeled box. He got the mug when people didn’t know he was an expecting father, so it shocked them when he started using the cup religiously for his daily doses of caffeine. Fifteen years later, Johannes Faustuz is still using the same mug for work. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #ipadart #ipaddrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #characterart #malecharacter #man #doctor #blond #character #glasses #mug #steam #drinkingcoffee #fathersday #dad

It’s another #drawthisinyourstyle challenge - this one by @luxyscarlet. #drawthisluxy Totally loved the color scheme and anime look, so I really wanted to do it. J’espere que tu aime? (I know I’m missing accents and it’s probably written wrong - it’s been over a decade since I’ve spoke any good French. Je desole!😭) - Anyway, let me know which #dtiys challenge I should try next in a comment below. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #ipadart #ipaddrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #autodesksketchbook #mangastyle #animestyle #femalecharacter #characterart #girl #cherry #cerise #white #red #cyan

The fairy will be alright. Obviously she’s really pissed that she was randomly caught by a huge fluffy orange cat (last slide is a reminder). And the poor thing is covered with bandaids and gauzes - Cedrick only has human-sized items to fix her. - They look cute, but fairies aren’t usually liked by the Kaspers; they annoyingly enjoy peeping at Johannes Faustuz and Freyja at night, make really loud cries of attention (think Zelda games), and leave unwanted fairy rings (mushrooms) on their yard and garden. Fairies also don’t like being held by human hands - thus they really bite hard. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacter #characterart #malecharacter #doctor #fairy #labcoat #blond #bowlcut #yellow #teal #white

Glasses off means the Herr Doktor is serious. And there’s a reason why the mermaid is very angry with Tricia, unable to bite her. - The Kaspers come from a long line of doctors who were also secretly taught about the occult, cryptozoology, and other mythical/mysterious creatures and occurrences (why Johannes Faustuz has a preserved creatures like the mermaid and talking fruit flies; it’s also why he and Cedrick can survive Freyja’s “Kracken Surprise” for dinner). So no, this isn’t their first time dealing with a revived mermaid. - Just out of curiosity, which ones do you like better: colored or black and white? A break from the “Meerjungfrau” series (I’m finally able to remember how to spell “Mermaid” in German - yay!). Time for something cute and fun. - May 3rd is #twodifferentcoloredshoesday. 👞👟 And Cedrick is really proud of himself, lol. Papa Kasper is either impressed that his son actually made an effort to wear the same kind of shoes, or is ashamed seeing his son still unable to dress himself properly. - Cedrick is always in a hurry and tired, so most of the time he forgets to check his socks and shoes before putting them on. Often it’s a slipper on one foot and a laced shoe on the other because he only has time to tie laces for one shoe. - Me? I used to have mismatched socks all the time (like one pink and one green). But after buying only black and grey socks in only one brand in recent years, it saves you a lot of time in the morning not thinking about what color to wear - especially when they don’t show anyway. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #characters #chibi #originalcharacters #animestyle #mangastyle #malecharacters #blond #glasses #halftone #blue #red #shoes #adidasshoes #nationaltwodifferentcoloredshoesday

A little bit late posting this pic up since it was made yesterday and it’s May now.
