I thought I was done drawing this guy outfits! 😫 I’m sorry for not posting as much/as often due to burnout and feeling like a mindless zombie after work. I’m trying to start another short story with my OCs, but it’s so hard to get going and focused with a brain that’s turning into mush in this stressful environment called America (I live in California where it’s not skyrocketing cases, but even so, I feel like people aren’t taking things seriously with the pandemic). — There’s a reason why Johannes Faustuz doesn’t like growing out a beard, but there’s times it can’t be helped. When he has one, he strongly resembles a certain someone who he doesn’t like and doesn’t like him in return (it’s actually how he got his Instagram username 🧔🏼). Quick drawing of Cedrick Kasper and Tricia Williams wearing Gucci inspired attire. - A lot of people have assumed they’re a couple because they hang out a lot, but it’s not so. Tricia is almost five years older and just started attending university, while Cedrick is a Wunderkind doctor who’s the age of a high school freshman. Tricia isn’t very fond of Mathematics and Science (she’s a big fan of Sports, particularly volleyball), so she hasn’t been doing well with Biology 101 or College Algebra. No thanks to her uncle Tyrone, word quickly spread of her need to keep her grades up or else she looses her sporting scholarship; as a colleague to both Tyrone and Prof. DeValeur, Hr. Dr. Kasper suggested that Tricia could be tutored by his son Cedrick since he’s close to her age. Since then, the two consistently meet up over cups of boba tea at the local cafe (nowadays on Zoom or FaceTime with a pandemic going on). Tricia likes picking on Cedrick just to give him a hard time, but does appreciate his efforts to help her maintain her grades. I know for sure that I’m getting really tired and lazy, and work has been taking a toll on me (I got mask-ne, hair loss, lack of sleep, and I’m suspecting that I’ve been grinding my teeth while I’m sleeping; I ordered mouth-guards and a twin-sized weighted blanket to hopefully help me cope with my stress). The background is based off the photo of Starbucks in the last slide (found it online via Pinterest, not mine). Both father’s and son’s outfits are based off of real ones (also included in slides). The Kaspers currently live in Los Angeles since they can’t go back to either Kiel or Stockholm due to European travel bans. Even though they can’t go far from their house, California has a lot to offer to do while quarantining. Day 31: Grim Reaper - #happyhalloween! The last outfit for 2020’s digital Inktober: Hr. Dr. Kasper in Grim Reaper attire. If anyone else aside from family, close friends, and other people involved with Death, mythical creatures, and the occult see him as a reaper, most likely they wouldn’t be around much longer - he’s often quick to identify his targets and take them out on their own terms (unless specified by Death himself; then he’s given the green light to kill by any means, and usually it’s not pretty). His weapons of choice are scythes and medical instruments made of mythic metals by Ström Corporations, his wife’s family’s business. Currently Johannes Faustuz is the only Kasper taking side jobs from Death, but Cedrick has been itching to make his debut working alongside his father just as he normally does in the hospital; both Freyja and her father Erik aren’t too enthusiastic with Cedrick becoming a reaper, hoping he would reconsider and join the Ström side of the family to become an occult weapons expert instead. Since residing in Los Angeles, he’s encountered another Grim Reaper: Officer Granger Rodriguez; occasionally the two will work together if Death has a though case in hand, but normally avoid each other as much as possible, even when working in their respective day jobs as a doctor and police officer. Day 30: Full Doctor’s Attire 2 - PPE - This is what many doctors and nurses are wearing right now while working hard to save lives; they still desperately need help getting the proper equipment to fight the pandemic, especially now with Winter coming. Hr. Dr. Kasper usually only wore PPE in the operating room, but with COVID-19, it became an everyday outfit until his oncology ward was converted for more beds and he was furloughed for reasons (elective surgeries constantly postponed, having a mental breakdown, staff reduction at the hospital due to lack of finances, the boss finding out that he’s a Grim Reaper, etc.). Now pushing towards 40, Hr. Dr. Kasper still loves playing SUPER MARIO, ZELDA, TETRIS, and POKÉMON on his original GameBoy on his spare time - assuming his son Cedrick hasn’t gotten hold of it first. Day 24 Gardener •Overalls •Buttoned Shirt •Sun Hat •Boots •Shovel - Hr. Dr. Kasper takes after his mother Sigrid in regards to plants, especially flowers (he’s also been told that he looks a lot like her, only much taller and blond like his father Richard). Having a green thumb is his only connection with her since she had died soon after he was born; as a child, he would always ask his grandmother Aina about his mother and what plants were her favorites to grow (Hydrangeas, Cornflowers, Irises, and Tulips). Because his lay knowledge of plants, he has set up a large garden for his wife Freyja to enjoy when she’s home from work; lots of little creatures like Rosemarie and her fellow fairies also enjoy staying in the fairy houses set up in the Kaspers’ garden.
