Sigrid doesn’t always like showing off her feminine side, often making herself prickly like a porcupine to keep people away (aside from her mother Aina).
But it hasn’t deterred a foreign suitor from visiting the flower shop to woo her with random gifts of letters, cards, boxes of chocolates and cookies, bottles of Chanel No. 5, and Tiffany jewelry.
At first, Sigrid didn’t want to do anything with Richard and his gifts, but after he fell seriously ill with lovesickness, she felt guilty; she finally let him in her heart as he recovered in her room for a night.
Until her death, Sigrid would wake up with a random gift left behind by Richard on her bed; of all the gifts, her favorite was a custom engagement ring Richard had made for her with a raw pink South African diamond in the center.

Hr. Dr. Kasper mostly wore black scrubs, sometimes with a white lab coat on top, when he worked at the hospital for triage; with this attire combined with his uncanny ability to predict a person’s lifespan, Hr. Dr. Kasper was given the nickname “The White Reaper” by coworkers.
Even though he really is a Grim Reaper, Johannes Faustuz prefers saving lives with his surgical skills and lab experiments.

Johannes Faustuz was a child in the 1990s, an amazing time to be a kid when it comes to toys, technology, and culture.
Now pushing towards 40, Hr. Dr. Kasper still loves playing SUPER MARIO, ZELDA, TETRIS, and POKÉMON on his original GameBoy on his spare time - assuming his son Cedrick hasn’t gotten hold of it first.
He also still has a Tamagotchi, a Furby, a stack of binders full of Digimon and Pokémon cards, and plays DDR with his wife Freyja.

Going all the way back to the 90s with Hr. Dr. Kasper as a kid.
His school uniform was often the only new clothes he wore; growing up he mostly wore handmedowns from his older cousins Hansel and Hannah, until he grew so tall and had to wear his uncle Heinrich’s and father Richard’s clothes.

Hr. Dr. Kasper takes after his mother Sigrid in regards to plants, especially flowers (he’s also been told that he looks a lot like her, only much taller and blond like his father Richard).
Having a green thumb is his only connection with her since she had died soon after he was born; as a child, he would always ask his grandmother Aina about his mother and what plants were her favorites to grow (Hydrangeas, Cornflowers, Irises, and Tulips).
Because his lay knowledge of plants, he has set up a large garden for his wife Freyja to enjoy when she’s home from work; lots of little creatures like Rosemarie and her fellow fairies also enjoy staying in the fairy houses set up in the Kaspers’ garden.
Johannes Faustuz also grows some vegetables and fruits to feed certain creatures since they can’t easily find their source of food in these modern times (Turnips for Wolpertingers, Eggplants for Hyōsubes, Etc.).

Richard returns from the Kasper Family Estate in Kiel, Germany to reunite with his beloved Sigrid for the weekend; Richard tried to visit Aina’s flower shop/house every week after taking care of family business (soul reaping for Death) and clients who ask for his services to exterminate and/or relocate unwanted creatures, but was often gone up to two-three months at time busy with work.
Richard was determined to spend as much time with Sigrid as possible due to her life curse (it was placed by her father, reducing her life span to less than twenty years).
Richard was known for wearing a huge oversized grey fur coat during the Fall and Winter months, putting a lot more attention on him whenever he’s around the neighborhood; Sigrid didn’t like the extra attention whenever Richard was around wearing his coat (as well as certain other outfits), especially when people referred her mother as “Witch” and classmates ridiculed her love of video games, being extremely smart, and wearing plain attire.
People found them a rather odd couple due to Richard’s questionable occupation/background and Sigrid’s young age, but Sigrid’s mother Aina couldn’t been more happy seeing her daughter have the chance to live her life to the fullest.

As for Richard’s fur coat today, his son Johannes Faustuz inherited it, set aside in the darkest part of his closet; in rare occasions, he will wear it on top of a formal suit when the weather is extremely freezing outside (Hr. Dr. Kasper thinks it’s a gaudy thing to wear, and doesn’t like the fact it’s made of real grey wolf fur).

He’s normally jogging and walking the dogs around in his spare time to keep in shape.
But every now and then, he can be found around the beach testing out the waves with a surfboard, a perk of being a Californian (most of the time).
As an oncologist, he always has sunscreen on hand to keep skin cancer away as much as possible and avoid being burned to a crisp.
