Yevdokiya Oliynyk (“Kiya” for short) is a distant cousin from Chernobyl, Ukraine; she’s the Great-grand Niece of Baba Yaga (Aina’s third cousin on her mother’s side). With the current war and fire in the Red Forest going on, Baba Yaga used one of Aina’s teleportation potions to send Kiya away to the Kaspers’ home in Los Angeles to keep her safe while she repairs and relocates their large house with chicken legs; doing so also requires solitude and absolute concentration to cast advanced spells to coax the house to move deeper in the forest.
Kiya appears to be two years older than Cedrick (16 years old), but looks like she could be his twin or younger sister. She’s not as skilled as a Wicca/Witch like her Great-grand Aunt, but enjoys hunting monsters and consuming their souls, making her a rare female Reaper (Slavic culture address Death as female like Romantic cultures). Since moving in with her cousins, Kiya has grown very attached with Cedrick and sees him as her little brother – almost always watching and following him wherever he goes (Cedrick is the only boy on both sides of his family, so he’s used to having older female cousins doting over him).
