You voted for the Daddies. Here they are in matching outfits! 😊 Each of their shirts have a flower and corresponding color based on that flower - Johannes Faustuz has the Cornflower; Tyrone has the Magnolia. It seems like a trend right now to use Pantone swatches and RBG/CMYK/Hex color codes on pics, so I did it here (you can see it better on the close-ups). Also, they’re wearing face masks since it’s now the new normal - and they can be fashionable depending on color, fabric, and style. - I might do the other sketch now this one is finished, but there’s always something else in mind. ——— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #men #flowers #cornflower #magnolia #facemask #tshirt #tshirtdesign #fashion #matchingoutfits #animestyle #frauv8_ocs #pink #blue #brown #white #yellow

Eh... Felt like making another one of these mock-up fashion magazine covers - this time with Papa Kasper (a.k.a. Mr. Ström). Got some Steve Jobs vibes with the black and glasses, lol. - He’s been in the background of Freyja’s live blogs from home, getting fans vocal on her social media to talk more about her husband. Freyja immediately got busy fixing up Johannes Faustuz by trimming his hair, powdering his face, and dressing him up in all black for a quick photo shoot to use in her May magazine issue. - Faustuz doesn’t mind getting involved with his wife’s work as long as it doesn’t get invasive and interferes with his own career - which is exactly why he uses his pseudonym “Jonah Fritz Ström” for these occasions. But Rufus McClaine, a photojournalist, is constantly trying to find out Mr. Ström’s true identity; from investigations he knows that Erik Ström never had a son, and that Freyja only has four male cousins, not five, she could of married - therefore Freyja is really Erik’s biological daughter, and she didn’t marry within the family but someone who’s of lower social class. - “DER MODISCHE” (“The Fashionable One”) is the name of Freyja’s magazine. Last slide shows the last mock-cover I made (which isn’t as good looking back at it); eventually one might be made for Cedrick or Erik Ström next, or even another one of Freyja.🤷🏻‍♀️ —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #animestyle #originalcharacters #characterart #characterdesign #characterstudy #malecharacter #fashion #magazinecover #blackandwhite #frauv8_ocs

One thing Tyrone really remembers about his wife: “Asia likes green.” (This fact was revealed when these two guys went lingerie shopping for Valentine’s Day) - The suit was originally made for Papa Ström, but he never wore it because he hated the color and modern style (modern suits have a slimmer coat and skinny or straight leg pant). Johannes Faustuz happened to find it stashed in the attic collecting dust and thought it might fit Tyrone (“Why let a perfectly made suit go to waste if someone else can wear it?”); the jacket mostly fits, but the pants are slightly short and loose at the waist (Tyrone is taller than Erik by two inches but weighs about the same). If Faustuz hadn’t found this suit, he planned on lending a loose-fitting cardigan for Tyrone to wear on top of a collared shirt since nothing else from his closet would fit (Faustuz is taller and slimmer than Tyrone). - Now what’s up with Asia, Tricia, and Queenie now that Tyrone is all dressed up for the date? ——— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #men #suit #animestyle #frauv8_ocs

Asia knows the girls are up to something. Normally you don’t want to ghost a Kasper - they don’t like being ignored when they have important things to say. - Tricia Williams usually doesn’t want anything to do with Hr. Dr. Kasper, especially when he substitutes for her Biology professor (he’s close friends with Prof. Vinnie DeValeur, who also happens to be his boss’ son); but with the pandemic, she doesn’t have to go to school and he’s not responsible for the curriculum (but it doesn’t mean he doesn’t check on her progress every now and then). In this case, Johannes Faustuz wants Tricia and Queenie to help him get Tyrone and Asia on good terms again by setting up a Mother’s Day date. — #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #femalecharacter #girl #animestyle #frauv8_ocs

Finally finished!🌸 I had to wait after work to add in the final touches before posting it up. - It’s been HOT this week!🥵 It feels like Summer, which led me to draw this pic since it’s flowery, has vibrant colors, and sun hats. ☀️ Freyja is carrying freshly picked peonies to decorate the house while Johannes Faustuz has red calla lilies to plant in her garden (he hates the sun and heat; she loves being outside, despite getting sunburned within 10 minutes). - Freyja has really been enjoying having her husband to help out with projects around the house since his suspension, but word has come out that elective surgeries are coming back to the hospital - which means he’ll be able to work again sooner than expected. With Papa Kasper operating again, Mama is going to focus her attention on spending more time with their son Cedrick and her father Erik. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #digitalsketch #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #autodesksketchbook #animestyle #originalcharacters #characterart #femalecharacter #malecharacter #couple #man #woman #plants #flowers #sunhat #frauv8_ocs #pink

Wunderkind’s Notes: Amabie Vs Meerjungfrau - Both creatures hail from the seas, but are very different in nature: the Amabie is sweet, while the Meerjungfrau is nasty. - Another creature that’s related to these two is the Melusine, or two-tailed river Mermaid whose origin is from France. The Meerjungfrau and Melusine can turn human after biting a maiden to lure a man into the waters to reproduce; the Amabie just enjoys the company of humans, and is drawn by their artistic and musical abilities. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #animestyle #mythicalcreatures #mermaid #meerjungfrau #yokai #amabie #notes

Freyja and Johannes Faustuz enjoying some sunshine after being cooped up indoors. And Papa Kasper has pants this time while the wife is wearing her own nightshirt. (Lately many of my pics have been featuring windows...) — But isn’t Faustuz supposed to be at the hospital and staying away from his family to prevent them from getting the virus? Well, it has to do something with what Kaspers are in this version of the world where mythical creatures and monsters actually do exist (the last name is kinda a hint; another hint is the fact Frl. Flicka is a Hellhound). ———— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #drawing #lineart #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #femalecharacter #woman #couple #indoors #window #sunshine #stayathome #pixaloop #frauv8_ocs

Erik Ström isolated from the rest of the family, regardless of which timeline (Freyja stuck in Sweden with her father and cousins, or Erik with his daughter, son-in-law, and grandson in quarantine in California). He’s not that old (late 60s) - but definitely old enough to get really sick if he’s not careful. Johannes Faustuz might not be fond of his father-in-law, but as a doctor, he’s very concerned about the old man’s health keeping his distance tenfold in the guest room/suite. - Papa Ström has been working remotely with his shipping business hectic since people are ordering essential supplies nonstop. Luckily he has his daughter Freyja around to keep him focused and able to fix his technical problems (he’s not very good with mobile devices and apps). —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #drawing #lineart #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #indoors #window #stayathome #blue #pixaloop #frauv8_ocs

A green color scheme this time. And these two being cute and cuddly as usual. - I included both versions, glasses and without glasses 🤓 (not hair up/hair down this time; he normally has his hair down when he’s not working anyway). Tyrone and Kimiko on lunch break with Johannes Faustuz. (when there’s no virus) — If Tyrone’s wife Asia finds out he got hold of a beef burger, she’s going to be uber pissed (Asia is vegan, and she usually delivers her homemade lunches for him); he snags his burgers from Hr. Dr. Kasper whenever he treats his colleagues with the best burgers and shakes in SoCal (Faustuz normally has packed bento boxes, sandwiches, and juice boxes in his office refrigerator). - Kimiko usually settles with a bowl of ramen from the vending machine and bottle of tea; if she’s ambitious, Kimiko would have made her own sushi rolls for lunch. For fun, she likes to compare her bento boxes with Faustuz’s (he was raised by a Japanese aunt). —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #characterdesign #malecharacter #man #doctor #femalecharacter #woman #nurse #frauv8_ocs

Freyja and Johannes Faustuz being all cute and snuggly together with a Hygge atmosphere, despite the gloomy nature of the world these days. It’s near impossible for these two to practice social distancing when they’re together at home or alone someplace private; but most wouldn’t know they’re a couple due to their cold mechanical professionalism standing far apart while being out and about normally (many assume they’re either distant relatives or siblings, thus why Faustuz gets called “Mr. Jonah Fritz Ström”). - I included the #lineart in the last slide for anyone to color in. It’s Saint Patrick’s Day today, but there’s no bar open due to corona (not the beer; bad joke). But for lots of people in the medical field, this is not a time to party with lots of patients needing extra care and attention. Let’s do our best to “Flatten the Curve” to help out our hospitals, nurses, and doctors so they don’t get even more overwhelmed - and so one day they can get that nice cold pint of beer for their hard work. 🍺 - Hr. Dr. Kasper is luckily wearing his green scrubs so he won’t be pinched (not that anyone would these days with Social Distancing), and would like some beer as he reads his newspapers on his down time. But with non-emergency surgeries put on hold, this oncologist doesn’t have much to do besides helping out everyone else at the hospital with whatever they need. Also, with his wife Freyja stuck in Sweden due to the European travel ban, there’s not much he can do at home besides wrangling a teenage son, two dogs, a cat, a pair of Wolpertingers, a Hyōsube Yōkai, a pink fairy, a man-eating tree sapling, and a wondering eight-legged horse. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #stpatricksday #malecharacter #man #doctor #frauv8_ocs

After rewatching “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders”, it just reminds me of how great Grandpa Joestar is. We need more cool grandpa characters. - Erik Ström is Cedrick Kasper’s grandfather. He’s far from being the senile old man he’s called by some, including his son-in-law Hr. Dr. Kasper (of course, Johannes Faustuz means it sarcastically because he knows the truth). He’s a strong, cunning warrior descended from Viking royalty who builds his own weapons with the help of his nephews, mainly Ragnar and Werner. He’s also a very doting father, spoiling both his daughter Freyja and grandson Cedrick whenever he gets a chance - mainly to annoy and take attention away from Faustuz. Erik was also the one who gave the Kaspers their cat Klimt; he owns Klum, Klimt’s mother who’s also an orange Norwegian Forest Cat. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #cat #frauv8_ocs
