Kind of a sequel to a previous Reel:
Johannes in the snow wearing his father’s coat and clothing similar to his mother’s school uniform.
He’s a bit touchy when bringing up his parents for a lot of reasons (mainly Sigrid dying soon after giving birth, Richard leaving him with his uncle Heinrich’s family when he was about four when reverting back to his true self as Death, etc.).
Hr. Dr. Kasper’s appearance is mostly from inherited from his father, but a little bit of Sigrid is there to be seen (especially his personality and the way his hair is grown out).

“You forgot your coat… Take mine…”
Sigrid has a bad habit of forgetting a coat wherever she goes outside, especially when she’s in a rush to school (she’s not very cold while running, and uses a heating potion that’s useful only one way going to school - her schoolmates would often steal or break the bottle so she’ll be cold after classes are finished).
If she’s lucky, Richard would be around at the academy afterwards to give her his coat and drive her the rest of the way whether it be home at her mother’s flower shop, the local arcade owned by Batty’s father, or at the university’s library where she could wait and study while her boyfriend is working.

Sigrid usually wears her uniform every day since she attends an Enchantress academy that’s disguised as a religious school; at night Sigrid prefers only her underwear - free from all the restrictive things she has to wear.
In occasion she does wear other clothes, often summer dresses she makes herself and current fashion trends of the 1980s; for special events at the academy, Sigrid wears gowns and traditional attire she and fellow Witches wear (such as pointy hats and anything with woven black lace and embroidery).
Richard wears a range of clothing mostly from the 1970s - he’s a decade behind in fashion due to his ruined financial situation and frugal sensibilities (his ex-fiancée Shelia spent his entire allowance from his family and his personal savings, forcing him to close his medical practice and declare bankruptcy; he currently works at the university as a Researcher/Epidemiologist and “Handyman for hire” if he’s not busy dealing with rogue monsters and wandering souls).
Sigrid has a life curse close to effect, occasionally triggering a transformation and strong desire to rip out her soul (he transforms into his true skeletal form as Death usually at night - especially in the presence of someone who has a soul marked for him to collect personally).
Since meeting Sigrid, he’s slowly updating his wardrobe to impress his girlfriend and not fall behind with the times (often it’s her picking out new outfits for him to wear, sometimes even making him new clothes herself).

A California Winter

I can say with confidence that my OCs have been consistent, more or less, in the last several years - especially these two.

Quite a bit of people in California think 60F is cold (I know someone who actually thinks 72F is too cold!), but me - I LOVE IT!
I’m pretty spoiled with the warm weather most of the year (except Summer - I HATE IT), but it’s nice having cooler weather every now and then.
My ideal daytime temp is about 55-60F so I can wear a light sweater or jacket over my usual T-shirt and leggings and be comfortable for the most part (if it’s colder than 50F, especially at night, then I get uncomfortable and crabby if I’m not wearing enough layers).
In a couple weeks I’ll be in Germany, and I’m really hoping for some snow to contrast the sandy beach I’ve been seeing every time I’m working at Del Mar (not saying I hate the beach - it’s just been there right in front of me a lot).

It’s Papa Kasper dressed up as a Heavy Metal Rocker Christkind.🤘🎸👑

If Papa Kasper had his take on the Christkind, he’d be wearing all black and gold like a rockstar, lol.
(And Jesus totally looks like a metal rocker too… or hippie… huh…🤔)
Despite being stoic, academic, and very by-the-book most of the time, Faustuz does has a bit of a bad boy 1980s-1990s metal rocker that occasionally wants to be channel out (the long hair and singing karaoke with his cousin Hansel kinda hint at it).
Even though their son Cedrick put a lot of effort into making this outfit, there’s no way Mama is passing up the opportunity to have her husband all dolled up in a traditional holiday costume for charity.
I still can’t find a definite reason for the sex swap after lots of research - it’s a bit confusing how Christkind over centuries turned from a baby boy into a grown woman wearing a white and gold dress and huge crown; even vintage cards are often androgynous in regards to Christkind’s sex (just a blonde child with angel wings, white robe, and halo holding an evergreen branch and sack of gifts and often being followed by a deer), but the word “Kind” is gender neutral so… I guess it makes sense in that way?

Sigrid and Richard in his true form as Death.

I had people thinking Richard is Sigrid’s father, but he’s not (Samuel Jörgensen is her father, who happened to be Denmark’s most powerful Warlock at the time).
He’s Death in human form for a limited time as a member of the Kasper Family (he’s an incarnation given a new body when a soulless stillborn child was born into the family he chooses).
His current incarnation isn’t quite old enough to be her father (he’d had to be a young teenager if so, making him more like an older brother or cousin - especially with Sigrid’s mother Aina initially treating him like if he’s a son; it also doesn’t help that he has very light blond hair that’s almost a silvery white, making him look old), but as an entity Death is hundreds of thousands years old.
Sigrid’s life curse is what made Fate send him to observe her and wait for the moment he can take her soul; but due to circumstances, Richard has grown fond of Sigrid and felt pity for her not being able to live a full life (Sigrid also slowly developed feelings for Richard despite knowing he’s her assigned Reaper and a member of the Kasper Family the occult community looks down at due to their checkered history).
Johannes (Hr. Dr. Kasper) is the result of their taboo relationship, and he’s not very fond of the fact his mother was so young nor happy people expect him to be just as powerful as his father (he’s only half of whatever Death is as an entity).

Freyja / Underwear
Freyja Ström is Hr. Dr. Kasper’s beloved wife whom is often away working hard as a TV show host, supermodel, magazine editor, and Vice President of STRÖM CORPORATIONS & INDUSTRIES.
She may look beautiful and dainty, but this fiery strawberry blonde was raised by a father alongside her four male cousins - making her more than capable fighting monsters on her own as long she has access to a weapon (especially hammers and battle axes).
Freyja is also very protective of her family, taking her job seriously as a devoted wife and loving mother and doing her best to care for them - especially in feeding them her specialty meal “Kraken Surprise”.

Eleventh OC for my wardrobe prompt:
Johannes Faustuz (better known as Hr. Dr. Kasper)/Pajamas
This guy really doesn’t need much of an introduction - he’s one of my first original OCs following after Cedrick (he’s his father after all).
His personality is mostly nice with crass and sarcastic undertones, but overall he means well and goes out of his way to help others even to the detriment of his patience and sanity; he sometimes risks injury if it means protecting those unfamiliar with mythical creatures and monsters.
He works as an oncologist or substitute professor during the daytime, Grim Reaper at night.
Johannes is the result of a relationship between Death Himself (Richard at the time during his brief time as a human) and Sigrid who was cursed to die before reaching her 18th birthday (she died from complications of childbirth).
His relationship with his father is strained, especially with feeling abandoned since he was almost 4 when Death couldn’t maintain his human form much longer.
As a father himself, Johannes takes his role seriously and does whatever he can to make sure Cedrick grows up into a decent person.

Erik / Winter
Erik Ström is Freyja’s gruff, frugal, stubborn, no-nonsense father who’s viewed as tough and intimidating on the surface, but gentle and affectionate amongst those closest to his heart.
The Ströms descend from Viking royalty and occult weapons makers who fell out of favor when they refused to convert to Christianity in the 900s; only starting in the 1960s the Ström family slowly regained their wealth and reputation within the occult community - thus making Erik in charge of STRÖM CORPORATIONS & INDUSTRIES as the oldest of three sons.
Erik makes occult weapons alongside his daughter and four nephews (Ragnar, Werner, Einar, and Gunnar) at the family estate based in Stockholm.
Though he’s very doting towards his only child Freyja and grandson Cedrick, Erik is still disappointed with her choosing Hr. Dr. Kasper as her partner; Erik (like most other prestigious families within the occult community) dislikes the Kaspers mainly because of their murky past being involved with notorious events in history (and that his wife Sonja was shook from her broken betrothal to Heinrich Kasper - it took two years before she finally accepted his marriage proposal; Sonja was also a patient of Richard Kasper’s who was trying to cure her of a troll’s petrification curse).
Whenever he’s visiting Kiel or Los Angeles, he and Johannes would be seen throwing punches and insults at each other until Freyja steps in with a glare and battle ax (Cedrick actually enjoys watching them fight, eager to learn his father’s and grandfather’s signature moves).
Erik still hopes Cedrick would join him alongside Freyja and her cousins as an occult weapon-smith, but seeing Cedrick happy as a Junior Reaper made Erik more determined to forge the best scythes in the occult market.

Hansel / Fall
Hansel (Hanzo or Han when referred to in Japanese and Korean) Kasper is Hr. Dr. Kasper’s oldest cousin, the son of Richard’s older Heinrich and older brother to Hannah (or Hana, the Japanese version of her name).
Hansel is know to be confident, brazen, and often reckless; but because he wears his heart on his sleeve, Hansel is hard not to like and will do whatever it takes to please those he deems worthy.
Like many Kaspers before him, he’s a very dedicated man to his family despite having a checkered past (he’s been married three times with two daughters Eva and Leisa; both daughters want nothing to do with him but still feel the need to assist their extended family in regards to the mythical and occult).
In his younger years, Hansel has been quite the popular guy in school getting attention from everyone with his suave looks and smooth talking; nowadays he’s overlooked as cocky and viewed as beneath his younger cousin Johannes - mainly because Johannes is a doctor while Hansel is a nurse, and he didn’t inherit the Kasper’s infamous “Odin’s Eye” like Johannes (thus not being the family’s heir despite being the oldest son).
As a Kasper man, it’s expected for Hansel to contribute to the family business of collecting souls as a Grim Reaper; being part Korean, he takes up the role dressed up as a Joseung Saja.
Most of the time he’s covering for his cousin while he’s away in California, but once Johannes is back in Germany the two Reapers together are feared by most other Reapers and monsters alike (Cedrick is slowly making his debut as a Junior Reaper, and already being a descendant of “The Black Skull” like his father and uncle has the occult community on edge of another cruel Reaper in the making).

Asia / Casual
Asia Williams is Tyrone’s no-nonsense wife who works at the family’s hair and nail salon with her niece Tricia.
She’s of creole and Caribbean ancestry (Haitian and Puerto Rican), loves cooking vegan versions of soul food, is a doting mother to Queenie, aspires to be a jewelry designer, and is a big fan of Freyja’s TV show “FLASH FASHION”.
While she loves her husband very much, Asia can get upset and jealous whenever he spends time out late at the bar after work with his coworker Hr. Dr. Kasper (or as she calls him “Jojo” instead of “Hans”); because of this, her encounters with Johannes are often strained and heated though they have moments of understanding and cooperation (i.e. he enjoys her vegan meals and tells her everything about Tyrone’s days at work).
Asia is actually quite fond of Cedrick because he’s been helping Tricia with schoolwork and babysitting Queenie, but is shocked each time she sees him due to his current growth spurt.
She has met Freyja once, and still expresses her disbelief that her favorite TV star is married to the man she calls her rival in regards to spending time with Tyrone.
