The Kaspers have the devil’s luck picking winning teams, lol. Papa’s Germany went out like a green flash, Mama’s Sweden survived to the quarterfinals, and Cedrick’s Belgium could still get third place.

Vincent-Claude knows Cedrick is a good cook, so he bet that Cedrick should make French toast if France wins and Belgian waffles if Belgium wins. Rufus is just taking advantage of his stay while observing and interviewing the Kasper family. Now he plans to drop by again for tomorrow’s game and possibly the World Cup knowing how lively this household gets during global competitions.

But wow - 🇧🇪 vs 🇯🇵 was an amazing game! Haven’t watched a game that good since 2010.
🇧🇷 vs 🇲🇽 wasn’t bad, but at times I found it annoying, especially with the over dramatic “OW!” expressions from Brazilian players and a Mexican player stepping on his opponent’s ankle... Seriously, WTF.
Definitely the words for this World Cup for me are shocking and schadenfreude.

World Cup is coming up~~~~
Idk why I get excited for it (I’m American, and Team USA failed to get in), but I enjoy watching soccer/football. It might be residual from living in Italy as a child, lol. And there’s so many teams I really want to root for (🇩🇪🇸🇪🇮🇸🇲🇽🇯🇵🇰🇷🏴🇩🇰🇫🇷etc. Still meh about 🇧🇷 despite them usually playing well) since USA isn’t there (and in a way, it’s something the world can probably enjoy without having to deal with some annoying orange-skinned American who can’t stfu).

Anyway, I looked at the team divisions to see how they’re grouped together, and Group F... Damn. 😑 90% of the teams I like are all there, lol. So that’s going to be fun to keep track of since it’s Battle Royal (or Thunderdome as one of my co-worker would say, lol).
