There’s Cedrick! He’s really not happy with the Lockdown haircut his mother Freyja gave him, not that it’s much different from his usual Bowlcut - just much shorter and a little uneven in the back (the Lockdown is practically a botched Bowlcut/Fade/Undercut 😬). He understands why his father Johannes Faustuz has long hair (no need for constant haircuts), but it’s a pain to maintain (tangles, gets in your eyes, shampooing, etc.). - There’s 4 versions and the rough WIP sketch. In the background is the word “LOCKDOWN” in German, English, Swedish, and Japanese; his shirt says “DEATH” in Danish (German, Japanese, English, Swedish, and Danish are the languages the Kaspers are fluent with). - Comment below to let me know which one (1-4) you like most. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #digitalsketch #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #autodesksketchbook #animestyle #originalcharacters #characterart #malecharacter #teenboy #yellow #red #grey #lockdownhair #bowlcut #skull #skullfacemask #glasses #frauv8_ocs

The Kaspers’ house based in Southern California, somewhere around Los Angeles. It does have a second level that’s basically a loft and attic used for storage, nothing else important. - If you zoom in the Garage, you can see what kind of vehicle each parent drives (Papa Ström has a motorcycle, Freyja has a Volvo SUV, Hr. Dr. Kasper has an old VW Beatle); Cedrick is only 14/15, so obviously he can’t drive yet (there’s three bikes available; the shopping bike is pink with a basket and crate installed, lol). — Slide 2: Cedrick studying at the Nook’s table. - Slide 3: Cedrick playing games in the Living Room when he should be in the Game Room (the Living Room has a large projection screen from the ceiling). - Slide 4: Cedrick’s Bedroom. - Slide 5: Freyja enjoying a bath in the Master Bathroom. - Slide 6: The Laundry Room. - Slide 7: The Kitchen. - Slide 8: The Master Bedroom. - Slide 9: Hr. Papa Ström isn’t very tech savvy nor is willing to learn ; luckily he has a Wunderkind grandson eager to help him out (his daughter Freyja is at her wits end fixing things for him while he refuses to ask his son-in-law Johannes Faustuz for assistance). —— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #man #boy #grandfather #grandson #computertroubles #animestyle #frauv8_ocs

Johannes Faustuz wants to drown in guilt and depression not being able to help out at work since his suspension, and there’s no better way to do so than in a bathtub. But Freyja isn’t going to let that happen - she’s having too much fun trying to lighten up the mood with bubbles and a rubber ducky. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #woman #bubblebath #frauv8_ocs

The last one: Faustuz’s fantasy design; he would also have a robe (black or white) to cover up, completing his Reaper/Doctor look. Last slide shows the family all together in one pic. - “ Fantasy Concept: Faustuz Kasper •Necromancer Mage •Human/Elf Hybrid •Son of Death - •Age: 40 •Blood Type: AB •Height: 195cm/6’5” •Weight: 75kg/165lb - Frau-Sama’s Notes: Faustuz’s outfit was inspired by Medieval plague doctors and shamans; he wears earthy, dull colors to show his clan’s connection with Death himself. His weapon of choice is a scythe. “ —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #characterdesign #charactersheet #fantasy #fantasyart #malecharacter #blond #skull #scythe #mage #necromancer #frauv8_ocs

•REPOST EDIT: I had complaints about the original version, so I had his collar changed to solid gold. You can see the original on the 2nd slide for yourself, but I’ll have to put a ⚠️ disclaimer since someone got triggered. ——————————————— It’s been ages since I’ve drawn a fantasy version of any of the Kaspers; of the three, Cedrick’s design is the simplest to draw, but also possibly the most controversial because he has a white imperial naval uniform. Comment below if you want me to draw his parents next (Freyja’s design is the most elaborate; Faustuz’s look always changes slightly each time I draw his fantasy design). - For those who can’t read my cursive: “ Fantasy Concept: Cedrick Kasper •Necromancer Mage •Hybrid Pedigree (Elf/Human) •Grandson of the “Mad King” - •Age: 15 •Blood Type: AB •Height: 180cm/6’0” •Weight: 65kg/140lb - Frau-Sama’s Notes: Cedrick’s outfit was inspired by old imperial naval and fascist uniforms; the black and white coloring resembles skeleton bones, while the red beads are for blood. His weapon is an oversized scalpel. “ —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #characterdesign #charactersheet #fantasy #fantasyart #malecharacter #blond #skull #ghost #frauv8_ocs

Happy Easter!🐇 Papa and Mama Kasper are all dressed up to celebrate in style. - Couldn’t decide which one looked better (1 or 2), so I have both with the original line art. Watched “ONWARD”; it’s a cute film about brotherly love.👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨 I have a younger brother, so a few things did hit me (especially with having a sibling around all the time), but the film is brother-brother/father-sons themed, so a lot wasn’t as relatable (obviously a lot of male bonding). Still a good movie. - Anyway, it’s not National Siblings Day yet, but I doodled this pic after watching “ONWARD”. Biologically Johannes Faustuz is an only child, but his parents died when he was a baby; his uncle Heinrich and aunt Yoko adopted him and raised him alongside his older cousins Hansel and Hannah. At first his cousins (and aunt) weren’t happy to have another kid around; Faustuz was teased mercilessly for not looking like his cousins (who are half Japanese, which is why he speaks Japanese fluently), as well as being so much younger than them (Hansel is 8 years older; Hannah is 6 years older). But after Heinrich’s death, the three siblings grew closer sharing memories of the man who raised them; if nostalgia hits hard, Hansel and especially Hannah would randomly hug Faustuz since he looks very much like their father. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #femalecharacter #family #cousins #siblings #frauv8 #frauv8_ocs

Freyja and Frl. Flicka in their new morning routine. In this timeline with the Kasper-Ström family quarantined together, with Johannes Faustuz busy working at the hospital, Freyja has to step up feeding the dogs in the morning (Cedrick feeds the cat; Grandpa is isolated as much as possible tending the garden). ——— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #animestyle #femalecharacter #woman #dog #doberman #frauv8_ocs

A green color scheme this time. Tyrone and Kimiko on lunch break with Johannes Faustuz. (when there’s no virus) — If Tyrone’s wife Asia finds out he got hold of a beef burger, she’s going to be uber pissed (Asia is vegan, and she usually delivers her homemade lunches for him); he snags his burgers from Hr. Dr. Kasper whenever he treats his colleagues with the best burgers and shakes in SoCal (Faustuz normally has packed bento boxes, sandwiches, and juice boxes in his office refrigerator). - Kimiko usually settles with a bowl of ramen from the vending machine and bottle of tea; if she’s ambitious, Kimiko would have made her own sushi rolls for lunch. For fun, she likes to compare her bento boxes with Faustuz’s (he was raised by a Japanese aunt). —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #characterdesign #malecharacter #man #doctor #femalecharacter #woman #nurse #frauv8_ocs

A another quick pic of this guy - again. It’s always a debate every time I draw Johannes Faustuz: Hair up? Hair down? — Normally it would be up for safety and practical reasons at work, but if Papa Kasper is taking a break or isn’t at work, his hair is let loose and untied. Either way, he’s always busy with something - often with a cup of coffee in hand. - So why exactly does he have such long hair? Well, Faustuz did had shorter hair as a child and teenager; but after having Cedrick and becoming a junior doctor, he has less time to take care of himself and gave up on haircuts (except for occasional donations for cancer patients). Once Freyja noticed her husband’s locks was getting long, she was ecstatic to style his hair - starting with braids and the “Man Bun”. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #characterdesign #malecharacter #man #doctor #frauv8_ocs

Happy 1st Day of Spring 2020!🚑🦠😷 Not the best time to have allergies like poor Cedrick (and myself) when COVID-19 is rampant. It’s March and #stpatricksday is around the corner. So here’s something green. Could of drawn a Leprechaun, but in the Kaspers’ world, they’re evil creatures that smear unicorn poop on walls and lots of other nasty things; puts another meaning to “A pot of gold at the end of a rainbow” if that’s the case.🦄🌈💩 —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #digitalsketch #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #autodesksketchbook #animestyle #originalcharacters #characterart #femalecharacter #malecharacter #couple #green #white #black #frauv8_ocs

I guess it’s unofficially Spring now that we sprung an hour ahead to get some more sunshine yesterday, so here’s Hr. Dr. Kasper with a bouquet of flowers. But we’re expecting lots of rain this week, so...😑☔️🌧 - 3rd slide has the line art, while the last slide has the image I used for color reference. - Yellow is a color I often have trouble with; if it’s not balanced with darker colors or used as a hair/accessory color, yellow will blind you with pure brightness (basically, I like yellow in limited amounts and practical applications). This pic is really pushing my limit with yellow, but I’m okay with it because it has its analogous colors (red, orange, green) with a hint of its complimentary color blue (the line art is actually a navy blue, and the white flowers have a blue tint) to keep it balanced. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #pixaloop #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #man #manbun #glasses #sunflowers #redtuxedo #blond #yellow #frauv8_ocs
