PART 1 - Sigrid and Richard are out for a walk with the neighborhood tomcat they named Odin (he has odd-eyes just like Richard). 1.5 hours condensed into 42 seconds, not including the rough sketching which took about the same amount of time (so a little over 3 hours total). Wunderkind’s Notes: Pesta 💀 Freyja technically is a Pesta, but because of cultural changes and her preference to working with her father, she rarely picks up a Rake unless her husband and son really need extra help; she also can’t see souls - only spirits and creatures. [Grim Reapers in Europe are mostly male now, and as heiress of STRÖM CORPORATIONS & INDUSTRIES, Freyja enjoys being the first female Occult Weapons Dealer in history] - Freyja’s mother Sonja was one of the last Pesta of Norway, and worked as a rare female Grim Reaper until she accidentally was cursed by a Troll with a petrification spell - leading to her slow death turning into a statue (so many Wicca in Europe were killed in the Middle Ages to the point they were almost extinct; very few Wicca are alive, but Enchantresses had thrived because they could hide their magical abilities and not rely on potions as much). Sonja was also betrothed to marry Heinrich Kasper since she was a powerful Witch, but due to many circumstances, she ended up marrying Erik Ström (this is partly why Erik doesn’t like Johannes - his uncle broke Sonja’s heart; the other is that his father Richard didn’t cure her of petrification, only slowed it [Erik doesn’t know Richard is Death though, so…]). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #characterdesign #charactersheet #femalecharacter #woman #witch #pesta #frauv8_ocs #blackdress #rake #black #white

Sigrid Faustus-Jörgensen • Sex: Female • Age: 15 - 17 • D.O.B.: 02 / February / 196X • Died: 25 / December / 198X • Horoscope: Aquarius • Blood Type: A • Height: 175 cm / 5’ 9” • Occupation: Academy Student & Florist • Occult Type: Witch (Wicca Class) • Hometown: Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰 • Significant Other: Richard Kasper (Death) • Favorite Color: Pink • Favorite Animal: Cat • Favorite Food: Ice Cream & Red Groats Sigrid so far has been my most favorite/popular Kasper OC amongst my followers. [Hr. Dr. Kasper, Cedrick, and Freyja are also very well liked; Richard… he’s seen cool as Death, but as a human few people keep mentioning he looks like Jeffery Dahmer 💀 (he’s not based off him just because he wears aviators and has blond hair - a lot of men {including my own dad} had that style in the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s; Richard was inspired by Mr. Death / Harold acted by Robert Redford in “THE TWILIGHT ZONE”)] Sigrid has sweet yet introverted personality with a strong dose of blunt sarcasm; she’s the top student in her school despite being a Wicca due to her extreme amount of “Magical Potential” and ability to cast spells even experienced Enchantresses with ease (as long as she has an ample supply of Activation Potions). Because she’s a lower class of Witch and unable to cast spells without potions, Sigrid is often bullied by schoolmates and looked down by faculty even though her stepmother is headmistress (in fact, it fuels many to dislike her only because they’re related). She originally hated Richard, knowing his past as a heartbreaking playboy and being a member of the Kasper Family who had once been hired to kill Witches and other horrifying acts against humanity of all kinds throughout history; but after learning more about his personal interests and true identity as Death, they developed a romance despite their large age gap and her academy’s prohibition on dating. #digital #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs #femalecharacter #characterart #originalcharacterart #animestyle #witch #girl #teenagegirl #gown #dress #witchhat #gloves #1980s #black #white

A day trip to the beach away from Copenhagen… (Original Version) - On weekends Richard and Sigrid would often go out to the beach during the day and Tivoli Gardens or the movie theater very late at night to avoid being caught dating (the biggest reason being that Sigrid’s academy prohibits dating before graduation, the other reason is Richard’s age and not so favorable reputation within the occult community as a member of the Kasper Family). They do eventually get caught kissing at the arcade by Sigrid’s classmates after almost a year dating, leading to Sigrid’s expulsion, quick engagement to Richard, and moving away to Kiel to avoid further harassment. Even in present times the occult community in Copenhagen still whisper about their taboo relationship and Sigrid’s sudden expulsion from the academy despite being its most powerful Witch - which is the biggest source of their son Johannes’ discomfort whenever he visits his grandmother’s flower shop (he doesn’t like the fact his father was so much older than his mother and was ultimately the cause of her downfall, but he’s grateful that Richard really loved Sigrid and as Death still holds her soul close by in the Underworld). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #motionleap #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #beach #1980sstyle #frauv8_ocs #animestyle

I’m still collecting references for my 6 Fan Arts, so here’s another sketch dump: * Richard & Heinrich Kasper. Heinrich is the older brother who’s cool, calm, and collected (especially if he has a cigarette in hand); Richard is the younger brother who’s hot-headed, impulsive, brazen, and at times can be obnoxious (he likes to tease and play pranks). Despite their differences, the two brothers enjoy each other’s company whenever they’re together at their hometown of Kiel. * Sigrid & Richard tending plants at the greenhouse. Whenever Richard stays overnight during a visit, it’s usually because Sigrid’s mother Aina needs extra help with certain tasks around the flower shop/ house (usually lifting up heavy objects, repairing anything broken, and getting rid of pests - especially Tatzelwürmer). Initially Sigrid was annoyed and couldn’t stand sharing anything of hers with anyone else; as their relationship slowly advanced from acquaintances into lovers, she allowed Richard into her room (sometimes leading into unexpected passionate nights together). * Sigrid with her younger half-brother Torben (her father’s son with the academy’s headmistress) and Heinrich’s children Hansel & Hannah. Sigrid always had a soft spot for younger children, so much so she dreamed of becoming a teacher & mother despite of her life curse; she was able to briefly enjoy being an aunt and becoming a mother, but never lived long enough to finish school to become a teacher (Johannes actually obtained a teaching degree in honor of his mother). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #children #animestyle #sketchdump #pink #blue #frauv8_ocs

Another #sketchdump : • Heinrich & Richard’s younger half-sister: Sabrina “Nina”Vandenberg. Sabrina was the result of their mother’s affair with an American soldier she eloped with after giving birth to a second son she didn’t want. Sabrina doesn’t mind her oldest half-brother Heinrich being everyone’s favorite child (she also adores him for his cool & collected demeanor), but like her mother and stepfather, she can’t stand being around Richard and constantly belittles him to show her dominance within the family (both siblings resemble their mother & have the same hot temper). She also doesn’t like Richard’s new girlfriend Sigrid - feeling mostly jealous of her youth, beauty, wit, & ability to cast complex spells (Sabrina is about 5-10 years older than Sigrid and never went to an academy to hone her magical skills). • Both Kasper Brothers have been extremely close since their mother abandoned the family for her lover & their youngest sibling, with Heinrich often protecting Richard from their father’s abuse. Despite their large age gap & opposite personalities, they are often seen together - playing Football when they were children, now sharing beers together as adults at the local pub. The two had a brief fallout when Heinrich broke off his betrothal and married the woman he loved - forcing Richard to step up and take over the role as the new heir; their relationship was repaired with the birth of Heinrich’s children (Richard would spoil them rotten, giving his brother & sister-in-law headaches from the trouble). Heinrich initially didn’t like his younger brother’s choice to date and eventually marry Sigrid, remarking Richard is “too old to be chasing after schoolgirls” and agreed with their father that “she’s better off dead” due to her life curse. However, as time passed, he grew to enjoy their discussions about plants and playing chess with her (he’d always get checkmated, realizing why his brother so attracted to her). — #originalcharactersart #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #siblings #brothers #frauv8_ocs #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #characterart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk

Sigrid Jörgensen-Faustus out in the rain tending to a budding plant. Sigrid has a soft spot for plants, especially being a Wicca and living in a flower shop; she often calls plants her “children” since she expects to die before she could get married and have a child of her own (she’s been cursed to live less than 20 years and is currently 15 - 16 years old). She doesn’t have friends at school or in her neighborhood - therefore she spends a lot of her extra time either studying spells, sewing new clothes, playing arcade video games, or working alongside with her mother in their flower shop. Sigrid’s heart has also been shattered by her childhood crush Sebastian “Batty” Sorensen who rebuffed her confession and started dating an older schoolmate of hers at the Danish Enchantress Academy (Batty had just returned to Copenhagen after years attending the police academy, exasperating Sigrid’s pining for him); she wants to die from her life curse now after feeling rejected and undesired by the man she always loved, but the Grim Reaper assigned to Sigrid has been constantly reminding her it’s not quite time to go yet (he’s also taken a liking to her snarky attitude and youthful beauty with the desire to take her soul for himself). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacter #femalecharacter #schoolgirl #frauv8_ocs #rain #rainyday #umbrella #prequel #motionleap

When I was in Berlin, I really had to restrain myself from taking home so many pamphlets because the typography was so beautiful (makes sense - the Gutenberg Press was invented in Germany, not to mention the language looks so clean and pretty printed out on paper; Japanese is also another language I find very beautiful on print). Seeing all the print kinda triggered the making of this - and it’s been a really long time since I’ve made one of these mock fashion magazine covers featuring my OCs (October 2021 was the last time I made one 😬). Kind of a sequel to a previous Reel: Johannes in the snow wearing his father’s coat and clothing similar to his mother’s school uniform. He’s a bit touchy when bringing up his parents for a lot of reasons (mainly Sigrid dying soon after giving birth, Richard leaving him with his uncle Heinrich’s family when he was about four when reverting back to his true self as Death, etc.). Hr. Dr. Kasper’s appearance is mostly from inherited from his father, but a little bit of Sigrid is there to be seen (especially his personality and the way his hair is grown out). #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #prequel #motionleap #originalcharacter #malecharacter #winter #snow #coat #cold #whitewinter #white #brown #blue #grey #gray #red #yellow

A California Winter (Remake vs Original) I can say with confidence that my OCs have been consistent, more or less, in the last several years - especially these two. (yes, Cedrick is a big K-Pop Stan - he’s wearing a Felix [Stray Kids] T-shirt, making him a “Stay”) - Quite a bit of people in California think 60F is cold (I know someone who actually thinks 72F is too cold!), but me - I LOVE IT! I’m pretty spoiled with the warm weather most of the year (except Summer - I HATE IT), but it’s nice having cooler weather every now and then. My ideal daytime temp is about 55-60F so I can wear a light sweater or jacket over my usual T-shirt and leggings and be comfortable for the most part (if it’s colder than 50F, especially at night, then I get uncomfortable and crabby if I’m not wearing enough layers). In a couple weeks I’ll be in Germany, and I’m really hoping for some snow to contrast the sandy beach I’ve been seeing every time I’m working at Del Mar (not saying I hate the beach - it’s just been there right in front of me a lot). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #frauv8_ocs #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teenager #animestyle #comic #winter
