Vincent-Claude DeValuer blowing out smoke. He’s going to need to quit doing that if he wants to live longer. Looks like we scared him. 😱 This time Cedrick isn’t wearing glasses, and he’s wearing warm colors instead of his usual blues, greens, and teal (excluding his pink shoes). It’s pretty obvious where the black, red, gold/yellow with a dash of blue comes from (think national flag colors). - I plan on making another one of these with Vincent-Claude. He’ll be wearing Lacoste with the classic blue, white, red tricolor scheme. - Feel free to color in the #lineart - just tag me @frauv8 and #colorthisinyourstyle_fv8. Felt like making another one of these, this time with the two mamas. — Freyja Ström (Kasper) Supermodel/Magazine Editor/TV Host AGE: 39 DOB: 30 June♋️ HEIGHT: 170cm - 5’7” BLOOD TYPE: A •Freyja is a hardworking lady always trying to keep up with the latest trends in fashion and design. She is a woman of a rich and privileged upbringing, which makes her seem unapproachable to most when she’s more than happy to socialize with anyone. Freyja does everything she can to please everyone at work while trying to maintain a cheerful smile doing so. She highly values her private life, but with social media and the growing popularity of her TV show “FLASH FASHION”, it’s increasingly getting harder to hide her husband and son from attention. - Asia Williams Hairdresser/Jewelry Designer AGE: 34 DOB: 1 April♈️ HEIGHT: 165cm - 5’5” BLOOD TYPE: O •Impulsive and focused, Asia is a self-made woman of rural roots. She runs a hair and nail salon, but dreams of selling her homemade jewelry. Asia is a great cook, often bringing meals to her husband for lunch. She’s a big fan of Freyja’s TV show and wishes to be featured on it; little she knows that she does have connection to her through her husband’s coworkers. Asia has a toddler daughter whom she has her niece babysit while being busy with work and crafts. -- Asia doesn’t like Hr. Dr. Kasper much, but was surprised to hear him say her jewelry looked unique and his wife would most likely be interested in buying pieces from her. Like many people thinking his wife is dead, she waves him off. But the next day when she’s there to deliver lunch for Tyrone, Asia is shocked to see Freyja next to Faustuz greeting her with a handshake. From this encounter, Asia got two endorsements for her salon and jewelry, and an episode featuring her work. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #characters #originalcharacters #femalecharacters #charactersheet #characterart #characterdesign #female #women #yellow #red #blue

It’s April Fools Day!🤪 I’m a terrible liar, so I didn’t even attempt in making up something that’d be shocking - I’d totally would like to do a collab with my favorite sportswear, or work for any studio as a character designer. I can only dream and wish for such things, but right now, I’m focused on finally getting 150 followers here in Instagram (it’s so close, but it’ll never get there anytime soon😭). - Anyways, I finished this quickie from last night. It’s a much simpler style than my usual work, but it’s fun and colorful. Kinda like “Devilman Crybaby”. - It’s three of my OCs: Cedrick Kasper, Tricia Williams, and Carmen Rodriguez. All three are teenagers - Tricia the oldest at 18, Carmen age 17, and Cedrick is 15. Tricia and Carmen are besties in high school while Cedrick is a wunderkind working as a doctor with his father. They normally don’t hang out together, but rare occasions they do; Tricia and Carmen tend to pick on Cedrick and often leave him with their younger siblings Queenie and Tobias to take care of. - Each OC I have usually have at least one brand I paired him/her with, usually based off of where the character is from. Cedrick wears Adidas since he’s from Kiel, Germany; Tricia wears Nike being African-American; Carmen wears Vans because she’s from California. And neon is coming back in style~ (I love neon colors for clothing and accessories). And Cedrick is wearing his glasses this time, making him a bit nerdy like his father Johannes Faustuz. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #originalcharacterdrawing #characterdesign #adidas #nike #vans #teenagers #neoncolors #green #pink #red #blue #purple #yellow #black #sweatshirts #sportswear #shoes #boy #girls #frauv8_ocs

Eh... Why not?😅 I had way too much fun making this with the crazy color scheme, so might as well share the fun with everyone else. Johannes Faustuz doesn’t refer to his wife Freyja as “Darling” - he calls her “My Love” and “my little Schmetterling”. He actually calls people “Darling” whenever he’s feeling a bit sarcastic. Or perhaps he had one too many cups of black coffee and actually is in a good mood? - The coloring is a bit of an experiment too, both color scheme and technique. Another #characterdrawing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I actually had a bit of fun with the color scheme, drawing Hr. Dr. Kasper wearing an older-styled lab coat, and having one of his signature character quirks: the “#1DAD” coffee mug he’s always seems to cling onto no matter what, either because he’s a caffeine addict or really does take pride in being a father (there’s actually a story in mind on how he got the mug). - I haven’t been as active as much as I want to - I’ve kind of been a bit in the dumps with work cancelled “indefinitely” (not kidding - it’s what my emails say), so my usual pep hasn’t been quite the same. I’m also trying to think up some other ideas to draw as well as plan to make some redraws of older stuff from the past to compare how much I’ve improved over the years. I’m also thinking about collaborations if anyone is interested, so yar... I really don’t have much else to say. Another #character of mine (Vincent-Claude) wearing a #whitetanktop, #smoking, and showing off some of his #tattoos. I think I’m on a drawing streak with traditional media again, lol. - **Artist Notes** •Yellow can be a difficult color to work with since it’s so bright and often clashes with white, but it can be managed if you add in darker colors such as grey and black (brown, green, and purple are also great darker colors to pair with yellow). •Mixing water-based ink with alcohol-based ink can be a bit tricky since the alcohol ink makes the water ink bleed into it - but that’s okay if it’s minimal because you can use a white gel pen to touch it up. — #pencil #pen #marker #staedtler #crayola #crayolasignature #crayolasignaturebrushmarkers #staedtlertriplusfineliner #staplesfineliner #sketchbook #moleskine #m_artcollection #drawing #ink #inkart #inkartwork #yellow #white #black #grey #gray #originalcharacter #malecharacter #manbun #tattooedguy

I finally did a #drawthisinyourstylechallenge, but one that’s not super popular like the girl with the oranges or the pink-haired girl in the Polaroid frame (I’m sure you know what I’m referring to if you’re keeping track of these challenges, lol). This is my take on @limustrator’s #limeredraw, and it’s done in a completely experimental version of my style. #drawthisinyourstylechallenge for anyone who wants one. I also included the line art for anyone who wants to color Cedrick in for a #colorthis instead. Anyone else thinking the colors reminds you of a Crayola crayon box? Just me? Probably just me. 😭 - I’m not popular enough for anyone to really notice me making these. Freyja wears #adidas just like their son Cedrick - expect for the few times she wants to wear her husband’s kitty shirt, lol. And I actually own the same #hellokitty #puma shirt that Johannes Faustuz is wearing here. Puma just keeps taking my childhood favorites (besides Hello Kitty, Puma partnered with Barbie). - So yep, it’s pretty obvious that I like Adidas over Puma and Nike. It’s mainly because of their vivid colors and simple designs, they have many options to customize stuff, and their shoes are sooooo much more comfy compared to the Vans I used to wear for work (half the time I’m standing at my station and I have to walk a ways from the parking lot everyday). And Adidas also owns a sponsor for one of the racetracks I work for, so it’s only appropriate that I try to stick with whatever supports my workplace (it’s also why I try not to wear the Coke brand - Pepsi is served in all three tracks I work for). — #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #husbandandwife #couple #blackwhitered #standing #stretching #blondhair #redhair #athleticwear #athleticfashion #sportsfashion #sportsclothes #sportswear #glasses #tshirt #pants #sportsbra

It’s #halloween time! And 🎈 should of been a good enough hint - it’s #it! Originally I thought about having Papa Kasper dressed up as the old version of Pennywise and Cedrick as the new version, but then I thought it’d be cuter if I had a kid version of Cedrick as Georgie with his father as the demonic #clown. It’s a digital version of today’s #workdrawing: Cedrick enjoying a nice hot soy pumpkin latte among the #fallleaves. Why soy? Like his father, he’s lactose intolerant. And I can tell you firsthand as a SoCal gal, they are delicious, especially iced. - #firstdayoffall means pumpkin spiced drinks, sweaters, and colorful leaves. It’s also my favorite season because #fall food is yummy (I want to go to a real Oktoberfest one day), clothing actually looks good at this time of the year, and it’s not the quite the holiday season yet (I have a good reason to hate the holiday season - my birthday is Christmas Eve and it’s not fun competing with Jesus for attention). — #digitalart #digialdrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #originalcharacterdrawing #malecharacter #blond #glasses #drinkingcoffee #red #leaves
