The Kaspers’ house based in Southern California, somewhere around Los Angeles. It does have a second level that’s basically a loft and attic used for storage, nothing else important. - If you zoom in the Garage, you can see what kind of vehicle each parent drives (Papa Ström has a motorcycle, Freyja has a Volvo SUV, Hr. Dr. Kasper has an old VW Beatle); Cedrick is only 14/15, so obviously he can’t drive yet (there’s three bikes available; the shopping bike is pink with a basket and crate installed, lol). — Slide 2: Cedrick studying at the Nook’s table. - Slide 3: Cedrick playing games in the Living Room when he should be in the Game Room (the Living Room has a large projection screen from the ceiling). - Slide 4: Cedrick’s Bedroom. - Slide 5: Freyja enjoying a bath in the Master Bathroom. - Slide 6: The Laundry Room. - Slide 7: The Kitchen. - Slide 8: The Master Bedroom. - Slide 9: Hr. Dr. Kasper’s Study. - Slide 10: The Living Room again (my first time drawing a room from their house). —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #drawing #houseblueprint #houselayout #rooms #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teenboy #man #woman #indoors #interiors #frauv8_ocs

Another “monster” for Papa Kasper to get rid of; his method might be a bit overkill using hellfire, but his wife will be able to wash up in peace. - This actually happened to me yesterday morning - a tiny spider went down right next to me while washing my face.🤣 It’s not the first time it’s happened to me either - I even had daddy-long-legs spiders drop down while showering!😱 I don’t like killing things, but scaring me like that - yeah, it needs to go. ———— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #comic #originalcharacters #blackandwhite #animestyle #malecharacters #men #femalecharacter #woman #spidertroubles #frauv8_ocs

💠Cornflower Blue💠 💠Kornblumenblau💠 💠コーンフラワーブルー💠 — #happyearthday - the 50th anniversary of the day to celebrate our planet’s beauty.🌎 - I just felt like drawing this pic today: Papa Kasper and Klimt with a vase of cornflowers (one of my favorite flowers because of their gorgeous shade of blue). Cornflowers have a complicated history, but nowadays are beloved because of their simplicity and bright colors (they also come in pink, white, red, and purple). — The Cornflower is a beautiful blue flower with a tainted history. Also known as “Bachelor’s Button” (unmarried men would wear them on their lapels; if the flower wilted, it means his love isn’t reciprocated) and “Basket Flower” (their bristled shape resembles a basket), it symbolizes prosperity, wealth, future, love, unity, hope, and devotion. It’s the national flower of Estonia and Germany. Cornflowers are used in France to commemorate 11 November just as the Poppy is for Britain, Canada, and America. German history says Prussian Queen Louise hid her children in a field of cornflowers from Napoleon’s forces; because of her heroic actions, it’s a military symbol of bravery and unity (also used for Prussian uniforms - hence the color “Prussian Blue”). Sadly, the Nazis in Austria used the cornflower as a symbol support for Hitler, making many countries disassociate their historical connection with the flower for many years; cornflowers are also becoming increasingly rare in their natural habitat, and had been considered weeds. Cornflowers are edible too, often used in herbal teas and salads. ———— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacter #malecharacter #man #cat #stripes #flowers #blue #white #cornflowerblue #cornflower #kornblume #kornblumenblau #frauv8_ocs

Papa Ström isn’t very tech savvy nor is willing to learn ; luckily he has a Wunderkind grandson eager to help him out (his daughter Freyja is at her wits end fixing things for him while he refuses to ask his son-in-law Johannes Faustuz for assistance). —— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #man #boy #grandfather #grandson #computertroubles #animestyle #frauv8_ocs

Johannes Faustuz wants to drown in guilt and depression not being able to help out at work since his suspension, and there’s no better way to do so than in a bathtub. But Freyja isn’t going to let that happen - she’s having too much fun trying to lighten up the mood with bubbles and a rubber ducky. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #woman #bubblebath #frauv8_ocs

Selfie time!📸 Except nowadays you can’t really do selfies with friends.😑 But I guess the closest thing to one now would be a FaceTime or Zoom screenshot, lol. - Johannes Faustuz and Tyrone normally would be seen together often chatting at work and occasional bar nights out, but things changed immediately with the pandemic. Faustuz got suspended from work, leaving poor Tyrone behind at the hospital (his ward was reassigned to triage so he’s not able to perform any surgeries as usual, had a mental breakdown while treating a patient [Death was whispering in his ear nonstop, as well as having flashbacks of how and when his uncle Heinrich died], and the boss Dr. DeValeur knows that he’s a reaper). Faustuz has a ton of guilt not being able to help out in person, but he’s been in touch with his work buddy telling him that he can eat whatever snacks and drinks he has left in his office refrigerator, where he has extra supplies for Tyrone to use (they wear the same glove size), and not to forget to water his plant while he’s gone. “Once all this is over, I’ll treat you for a round of the best beer from home.” —— #digitaldrawing #digitalart #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #malecharacters #men #friends #blackandwhite #mangastyle #halftone #frauv8_ocs

Freyja meets the newest member of the family - Stern the Amabie. Not sure how Rosemarie the Fairy or Junko the Hyōsube would feel having another girl in the creature menagerie, but Fritz the Wolpertinger could care less as long as he gets his turnips. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #lineart #animestyle #fishbowl #mythicalcreature #yokai #amabie #femalecharacter #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs

Wunderkind’s Notes: Amabie Vs Meerjungfrau - Both creatures hail from the seas, but are very different in nature: the Amabie is sweet, while the Meerjungfrau is nasty. - Another creature that’s related to these two is the Melusine, or two-tailed river Mermaid whose origin is from France. The Meerjungfrau and Melusine can turn human after biting a maiden to lure a man into the waters to reproduce; the Amabie just enjoys the company of humans, and is drawn by their artistic and musical abilities. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #ipadproart #ipadrodrawing #animestyle #mythicalcreatures #mermaid #meerjungfrau #yokai #amabie #notes

There’s a new creature to add to the Kaspers’ unusual menagerie. It’s not a Meerjungfrau (read the highlight titled “MEERJUNGFRAU” if you want to know more), but an Amabie swimming in the fishbowl. - She was recently found by Klimt almost dried out under a tree where a red-tailed hawk family is nestled, most likely had escaped from being chick food. Hr. Dr. Kasper had to pry the poor thing out of his cat’s mouth before plopping her into a fishbowl to recover; he named her “Stern” for her star-like shape and having five limbs (two arms, three tails). - Amabie is a Japanese Yōkai that appears when there’s a danger to humans, especially pandemics; they’re good luck, and sharing drawings of them are said to heal ailments. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #animestyle #originalcharacter #malecharacter #man #yokai #amabie #cat #frauv8_ocs

The Kasper Siblings for karaoke night from their last get-together. Klimt is now part of the “Doghouse” club after destroying Mama’s entire toilet paper supply. Papa built a new storage unit that’s pet-proof, but he’ll have to go out to see if there’s any toilet paper left in the local store; otherwise, Mama will have to settle with tissues until the store has more. ——— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #originalcharacter #malecharacter #man #cat #frauv8_ocs

The last one: Faustuz’s fantasy design; he would also have a robe (black or white) to cover up, completing his Reaper/Doctor look. Last slide shows the family all together in one pic. - “ Fantasy Concept: Faustuz Kasper •Necromancer Mage •Human/Elf Hybrid •Son of Death - •Age: 40 •Blood Type: AB •Height: 195cm/6’5” •Weight: 75kg/165lb - Frau-Sama’s Notes: Faustuz’s outfit was inspired by Medieval plague doctors and shamans; he wears earthy, dull colors to show his clan’s connection with Death himself. His weapon of choice is a scythe. “ —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #characterdesign #charactersheet #fantasy #fantasyart #malecharacter #blond #skull #scythe #mage #necromancer #frauv8_ocs

Freyja’s fantasy design. •REPOST EDIT: I had complaints about the original version, so I had his collar changed to solid gold. You can see the original on the 2nd slide for yourself, but I’ll have to put a ⚠️ disclaimer since someone got triggered. ——————————————— It’s been ages since I’ve drawn a fantasy version of any of the Kaspers; of the three, Cedrick’s design is the simplest to draw, but also possibly the most controversial because he has a white imperial naval uniform. Comment below if you want me to draw his parents next (Freyja’s design is the most elaborate; Faustuz’s look always changes slightly each time I draw his fantasy design). - For those who can’t read my cursive: “ Fantasy Concept: Cedrick Kasper •Necromancer Mage •Hybrid Pedigree (Elf/Human) •Grandson of the “Mad King” - •Age: 15 •Blood Type: AB •Height: 180cm/6’0” •Weight: 65kg/140lb - Frau-Sama’s Notes: Cedrick’s outfit was inspired by old imperial naval and fascist uniforms; the black and white coloring resembles skeleton bones, while the red beads are for blood. His weapon is an oversized scalpel. “ —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #characterdesign #charactersheet #fantasy #fantasyart #malecharacter #blond #skull #ghost #frauv8_ocs

Cedrick Kasper and Tricia Williams; I included a masked version and line art for anyone who wants to color it in. - Normally they would be meeting up for tutoring sessions at the boba cafe twice a week, but with the pandemic going on, they’ll occasionally see each other whenever Cedrick is walking his dogs down the street. Tricia doesn’t like Cedrick, but she was more than eager to pick up a drink or two at the boba cafe whenever he tutored her for Algebra and Biology; nowadays she’s just glad that he’s someone who’s not her aunt Asia or little cousin Queenie, but she still doesn’t like hanging out with a boy four years younger than her. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #drawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #lineart #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teenagers #boy #girl #masks #fashion #red #frauv8_ocs
