A closer look at some of the Re-ment drugstore set items I unboxed earlier. (My live video is on my IGTV now for anyone who missed it) Aside from drawing, I also collect dolls and miniatures. It’s been mentioned to me many times, but yes - my dolls do look a lot like a few of my OCs (Cedrick, Tricia, Freyja); because of that, I do use them occasionally as models. And since I do have a lot of Re-ment items, I probably should be showing them off by doing more doll photography (I probably have over 1,000 pieces by now). — #rement #rements #rementcollection #drugstore #doll #dolls #miniatures #miniature #miniatureitems #rementminiatures #remenminiature #rementdrugstore #miniaturephotography #dollphotography

It’s not often I’d draw Hr. Dr. Kasper with his parents (Sigrid died a few days after childbirth; Richard “deteriorated” when he was 2-almost-3 years old), but it’s kinda a fun experiment drawing them together just to compare how he looks like to them. It’s pretty obvious that he’d resemble Richard a lot (same coloring, height, etc.), but there’s also quite a bit of Sigrid he inherited (hair style, personality/expressions, etc.). …also it’s another excuse to draw matching plaid outfits influenced by their respective decades, lol. (I just really like drawing outfits on OCs, okay?!) Feel free to comment below to say which parent Johannes Faustuz resembles, or vote on the poll featured in “SIGRID’S DIARY”. (You can comment on which outfit/OC is your favorite as well) — #malecharacter #femalecharacter #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #characterdesign #characterart #charactersheet #originalcharacter #man #girl #youngwoman #father #mother #son #fashion #colorscheme #plaid

Another #sketchdump… 🖊 About each drawing: • Freyja loves using her husband’s glasses as a fashion accessory. That’s why Johannes Faustuz has so many styles and pairs of them - and because he has so many, he always has a spare pair to see (his right green eye is nearly blind unless it’s activated). • Faustuz doesn’t like buying new clothes if it’s avoidable, especially for expensive items (he rather spend the money for a date night with Freyja or on treats for the many creatures the family has at home). Luckily he inherited some stuff from his father Richard that he actually likes to wear, such as watches, rings, and suits (Richard bought a few Armani suits in the 1980s to impress Sigrid). • Freyja and Faustuz are notorious for staying out late after their dinner dates (for obvious reasons - mainly to get time away from work and their son Cedrick), often upsetting Erik when they finally get home around dawn (he’s always going to be a protective father for his daughter no matter how old she is). — #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #woman #couple #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #characterstudy #characterdesign #characterart #character #characters #frauv8_ocs #frauv8ocs #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #drawing #ipaddrawing #ipaddrawings

Papa Kasper and son’s fantasy versions, including past drawings going all the way back to 2017. - Johannes Faustuz wears something that resembles a mage and plague doctor; Cedrick wears something like an imperial military uniform (he was conscripted to join The Mad King Erik’s elite naval guard). Both are skilled in magic, making potions, treating illnesses and injuries, and Necromancy - something only descendants of Death and Blood Elves know. —— #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadproart #ipadprodrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #characterdesign #charactersheet #fantasy #fantasyart #malecharacter #blond #skull #ghost #frauv8_ocs

Quick drawing featuring Freyja Ström-Kasper in her fantasy Viking princess form. You don’t want to mess with this mama and her family in this alternative universe. - Included are pics of her in her fantasy version over the years, going back to 2017. And finally finished after suffering from fatigue and nausea/vomiting due to a severe migraine…😖 (I get a least one or two a month which sucks) - Just wanted to see if I could make something that looks like a retro anime from the 1980s using these two OCs from that time frame. The greenhouse background is a bit sloppy, proof that I get tired and lazy after a long time.💩 I changed Richard’s face a bit to make him look at his feline-lookalike, and people voted for Sigrid to hold Odin instead of Hedy (Hedy [the black cat] version is the 5th slide). - Now that I had made this, I guess I could try making some fan art from the 1970s-1980s anime era (might be time to draw VOLTRON or LADY OSCAR: ROSE OF VERSAILLES). Richard Kasper with Hedy and Odin’s last litter of kittens Balder, Thor, and Loki. Hedy was named after the actress for her dark hair, while Odin was named after the Kaspers’ “Odin’s Eye” ability expressed as Heterochromia; each of their kittens were named after Norse gods based on their looks - the orange one is Thor, the grey one is Loki, and the white one is Balder. - As a Grim Reaper/Death, Richard normally isn’t fond of cats having extra lives and often chasing souls away like balls of yarn; but because he’s the incarnation of Death, cats are naturally drawn to him. Since his girlfriend Sigrid loves cats, Richard’s learned to tolerate them over time - even to the point he lets them sit on him (Hedy actually gave birth to her first litter on his lap). — #frauv8_ocs #frauv8ocs #originalcharacterart #originalcharacters #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #drawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #man #cats #kittens #blue #yellow #green #brown #black #white

#sketchdump again with Richard and Sigrid in the 1980s. About each drawing📝: •Aina often asks Richard to check up on her daughter Sigrid since she’s been bullied by schoolmate since childhood. One time Aina requested that he pick Sigrid up immediately after school, and Richard trying to clarify asked “Do you mean by car or sweeping Siri off her feet?”; without an answer as it was time to go, he just went with the latter and carried poor Sigrid home from school (like a genie or android, Richard can be a bit too literal at times if given instructions aren’t specific, lol). •To keep things simple, Richard says that he’s 30 or 35; but as his true self as Death, he’s really ancient at 300,000-350,000 years old (which is approximately the same time Homo sapiens emerged). It’s also a common trope to depict Death as an old man with a young girl to show the concept that no matter how pretty and lively someone is, Death’s always ready to snatch them away at any moment (think Hades and Persephone). And then there’s movies from the 1980s where the main girl is about 16 years old with a man pushing 30 or so (“DIRTY DANCING” comes to mind), so the 8+ years age gap between Richard and Sigrid isn’t surprising considering these factors. •Lots of times Richard can’t help himself but smother his girlfriend with a big hug and call her cute, especially while she’s studying; Sigrid normally doesn’t like attention and tries to tone down the affection (especially when other people are around), but she’ll get upset if Richard is gone for long periods of time. — #frauv8_ocs #frauv8ocs #originalcharacterart #originalcharacters #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #drawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #blue #green #yellow #red #pink #white
