Something about a random bone color scheme just made me want to draw a heute couture academia outfit… Maybe because it’s the fact it’s October and skeletons are abundant, or that Bone White is a good transitional color for fashion between Fall and Winter? Or it’s because Cedrick is a Junior Grim Reaper and White is another color closely associated with death and the ghastly? (his last name is Kasper, a play on the name of everyone’s favorite ghost) I also included my inspiration collage of images that triggered this quick drawing. — #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs #originalart #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #teenboy #bonewhite #white #grey #gray #yellow #brown #orange #pink #red #clothing #fashion #academia

Sixth OC for my wardrobe prompt: Asia / Casual Asia Williams is Tyrone’s no-nonsense wife who works at the family’s hair and nail salon with her niece Tricia. She’s of creole and Caribbean ancestry (Haitian and Puerto Rican), loves cooking vegan versions of soul food, is a doting mother to Queenie, aspires to be a jewelry designer, and is a big fan of Freyja’s TV show “FLASH FASHION”. While she loves her husband very much, Asia can get upset and jealous whenever he spends time out late at the bar after work with his coworker Hr. Dr. Kasper (or as she calls him “Jojo” instead of “Hans”); because of this, her encounters with Johannes are often strained and heated though they have moments of understanding and cooperation (i.e. he enjoys her vegan meals and tells her everything about Tyrone’s days at work). Asia is actually quite fond of Cedrick because he’s been helping Tricia with schoolwork and babysitting Queenie, but is shocked each time she sees him due to his current growth spurt. She has met Freyja once, and still expresses her disbelief that her favorite TV star is married to the man she calls her rival in regards to spending time with Tyrone. — #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #drawing #black #white #orange #green #digitalinktober #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #animestyle #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #femalecharacter #woman #fashion #inktober #inktober2022 #frauv8_ocs

Kasper OCs from the 1980s to the 2020s/2030s in Fall Academia Aesthetic fashion. Each OC also has a second name they use based on circumstances (Richard’s true identity is Death/The Grim Reaper; Sigrid getting married and changing her last name; Johannes, Cedrick, and Freyja have pseudonyms based off each other’s last names). 📝 Extra Notes 📝 If Cedrick’s birthday is on Friday the 13th of October, he would have to been born in 2006 or 2017. If 2006, that means he’s a teenager right now; if 2017, then he’ll be a teenager in the 2030s (the original concept setting). In either scenario, both of his parents remain as Millennials (originally I planned Johannes to be 45 and Freyja 39 in the 2030s; my OCs don’t have official ages but age ranges to keep up with the times). Also, it’s kinda been continuous thing that nobody knows exactly how old Richard was when he was human (except for himself and his immediate family). Sigrid figured he was much older than her (at least eight years older to twice her age, 23-35 years old), but was shocked that his true age as Death was actually 10,000X more than she thought. Nowadays Richard and Sigrid would never be allowed to date with their age gap, but given their circumstances as a girl with a life curse and Death only having several years left to live it’s a bit of a romantic yet tragic backstory to Johannes’ origins. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #femalecharacter #malecharacter #characterdesign #frauv8_ocs #black #white #grey #gray #blue #yellow #red #grey #brown #gray #animestyle #characterbio #clothes #clothing #fashion #academia

Back to the 1980s when men’s neckties were wide and women’s shoulders were big. (Seriously, I don’t understand the appeal of puffy sleeves and shoulder pads - it’s not a very flattering look for the most part) It’s not often Sigrid has her hair styled up into a ponytail and wearing something that’s not her school uniform, but when she got the chance to wear stuff not school related she went all out (she made her own dresses based off latest trends). Richard, on the other hand, was slow to change his style set from the 1970s (he was very frugal about spending money on new clothes, especially since his breakup with his ex-fiancée Sheila). — #frauv8_ocs #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #malecharacter #femalecharacter #characterdesign #characterart #couple #clothing #fashion #1980sfashion #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadart #sketchbookapp #autodesksketchbook #yellow #white #black #blue #pink #red #halftone #animestyle

OCs Hr. Dr. Kasper (Johannes) and his cousin Hanzo/Hansel Kasper, making it “Hans ‘n Hans” (add Hansel’s sister Hana/Hannah, it’s “Triple Hans”!). - Hr. Dr. Kasper was raised alongside with his older cousins after his father Richard “passed away” before he was 4; because of their large age gaps (Hansel was 8 years older, Hannah was 6 years older) and having blond hair with odd eyes (his cousins were half Asian), he always felt left out and alienated growing up (he did manage to learn Japanese and some Korean, allowing him to listen into his older siblings and aunt’s conversations). Both Hansel and Hannah thought of Johannes as a pest, especially since they see him as the reason why their beloved aunt Sigrid died (they never knew about her life curse until many years later). As adults, the three had grown very close - especially since the death of Heinrich (Hansel & Hannah’s father/Richard’s older brother); the two older cousins would hug their younger sibling whenever they feel the void of their father’s death because Johannes has a resemblance to him. When in Kiel, Hansel works alongside Hr. Dr. Kasper as his nurse at the hospital; when his younger cousin is away, Hansel picks up the responsibilities as a Grim Reaper in mainly North Europe. Hannah spends most of her time away from the occult and mythical running her restaurants as a master chef, but in occasion will chime in giving family status updates when she’s at home with Tante Yoko. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookapp #sketchbookautodesk #moldiv #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #originalcharacterdrawing #malecharacter #frauv8_ocs #men #man #fashion #mensfashion #green #blue #brown #orange #teal #grey #gray #black #white #animestyle

September 7th is #nationalbeerloversday! And personally I do like beer and cider more than wine (I also like spiked fruit-flavored seltzer water and soju 💀). - We finally get an epilogue with these two buds after years being isolated due to COVID-19: they’re back to hanging out at the bar after work!🍻 And it starts off the usual drama that occurs whenever they’re out, especially when Vinnie is around (Vincent-Claude is their boss’ son and Tyrone’s niece Tricia’s Biology/Anthropology professor; whenever he’s doing other work, Hr. Dr. Kasper substitutes for him). All three are close in age (Millennials born in the 1980s in their mid-late 30s, pushing 40) and spend a lot of time together whenever their personal lives get too stressful. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookapp #sketchbookautodesk #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #originalcharacterdrawing #malecharacter #frauv8_ocs #men #man #beer #beerloversday #yellow #blue #brown #orange #black #white #red #animestyle

Some unposted pics of Richard and Sigrid… They’ve been featured as Stories before at least (“SIRI’S DIARY” Highlight has them). Sometimes I’m just too tired to post stuff after finishing it, other times I’m dissatisfied and feeling like 💩- especially when dealing with content burnout and knowing my work will never be seen no matter how much I try. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #procreate #halftone #1980sfashion #1980saesthetic #animestyle #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #originalart #frauv8_ocs #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple

It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these… • Richard enjoys new technology whenever it comes out, especially with his true self being an entity existing over hundreds of thousands of years (Death loves watching mankind struggle to survive and progress, hoping one day it’ll become a challenge to collect their souls). As a teenager, Sigrid is also drawn to anything new and exciting - and Richard’s Walkman has definitely caught her attention (only thing is that she hates listening to his Disco music from the 70s; Sigrid is a fan of 80s Synth-Pop & New Romance). • In occasions, Sigrid likes taking and using some of Richard’s belongings like she’s a nosy little sister (especially if it’s tech and media related). Richard finds it more cute than annoying knowing Sigrid’s only curious about him and his stuff (as for his actual younger half-sister Sabrina, he hates how intrusive she is because she does so on purpose to infuriate him; Sabrina also despised Sigrid, calling her a “ugly and plain Wicca flower girl”). • Because of their large age gap, people initially didn’t see Sigrid and Richard as a couple (something they took advantage of at first since her school prohibited dating). But as time passed by, it became more apparent that the two were extremely close and always seen together; it was officially confirmed when classmates caught them kissing at the arcade and reported it to their homeroom teacher, leading to Sigrid’s expulsion from the academy (the headmistress was reluctant to expel her since Sigrid was the academy’s top student and her stepdaughter; Sigrid could only stay if she gave up her relationship with Richard, but she refused). Since she was forced to drop out of school, Sigrid focused on her family life by continuing working with her mother Aina at their flower shop and marrying Richard, leading up to the birth of their son Johannes and her death soon after. — #sketchdump #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #sketchbookapp #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #animestyle #1980sfashion #webcomic #comic #red #blue #yellow #purple #pink #grey #gray #white #black #brown

„Es regnet (und neblig) heute in Kiel“. • Translation: “It’s rainy (and foggy) in Kiel today”. My OC Hr. I’m still alive… I’m still awake… Work has also been busy (they really missed me, lol). And I’m barely surviving mentally with Creative Burnout, Artist’s Block, and keeping up with my Duolingo lessons (I’m surprised how much French I still remember from High School and College, and I’m actually starting to appreciate German despite being a frustrating language). Here’s something I finally finished that has been sitting in the Scrap Pile since June (not everything I doodle gets finished - sometimes it takes months to get back to or it’s never). Richard could’ve been a bit more refined, but my brain is at its limit - I’m still struggling with my attention span since having COVID-19 (it’s been harder to stay focused ever since; I’ve been recently buying fidget devices and trying to read books on my iPad, and it seems to be slowly helping me regain my brain’s stamina). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #ipadsketch #sketchbookapp #pixaloop #originalcharacter #originalart #malecharacter #frauv8_ocs #man #blond #souls #green #blue #brown #yellow #white #pink #glow #sparkle #animestyle
