With all the buzz about the Santa Anita Derby and Kentucky Derby coming up at work, I just randomly felt like drawing these two in fancy racing attire. Votes are in: Blue wins!💙 Wait - that means Cedrick’s hair is now blue and yellow like 🇺🇦 and 🇸🇪!!! I did an animation of Cedrick’s hair changing colors besides blue and purple - just thought it’d be fun to play around with hair color since he and Tricia are big fans of the K-Pop look and two-tone hair has been trendy. (Side Note: Ukraine really needs some serious love and help right now - it’s sickening knowing that they’re being invaded because of an old man’s delusional vision. I’m just steaming with all the lies Putin keeps feeding his people about a liberation operation when he’s literally killing Ukrainians who haven’t done anything other than existing in peace and freedom; he’s just making everyone miserable for the sake of his ego - he’s only going to be remembered as a monster like Stalin and Hitler when history looks back. *sigh* That’s out of my system, but I have a lot more other to rant about another time - like gas.⛽️) — #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #frauv8_ocs #ipaddrawing #digitalart #digtaldrawing #autodesksketchbook #teenagers #teenboy #teengirl #blue #yellow #black #white #red #brown

Some of my lady OCs. Is anyone a favorite? • Kimiko Abe —— Hr. Dr. Kasper’s timid and klutzy assistant still undergoing nursing courses; she’s often annoyed whenever Cedrick is around, jealous of how well he can draw blood and give shots at one go • Asia Williams —— The wife of Hr. Dr. Kasper’s coworker/BFF Tyrone Williams; she works at a salon, loves cooking vegan food, and makes her own jewelry • Aina Faustus (Aino Hanninen) —— Hr. Dr. Kasper’s grandmother (Sigrid’s mother); she is a Wicca who owns a flower shop in Copenhagen and makes/sells herbal medicine and potions • Freyja Ström —— Hr. Dr. Kasper’s wife and Cedrick’s mother; she’s a TV Show Host/Supermodel with strong ties to her Viking heritage and the Occult • Sigrid Faustus-Jørgensen —— Hr. Dr. Kasper’s mother; she was a student in an all-girls academy for Enchantresses despite being a Wicca (basically the same as an Enchantress, only unable to cast spells without the help of potions) • Granger Rodriguez —— Police Officer/Death’s secretary; enjoys poking at Hr. Dr. Kasper occasionally whenever she’s bored or needs assistance • Tricia Williams —— Tyrone’s niece and one of Hr. Dr. Kasper’s university students; she’s also being tutored by Cedrick to help her keep her grades up for a sports scholarship (she plays Volleyball) • Yoko Kasper —— Hr. Dr. Kasper’s aunt who raised him since his father Richard reverted back to his true self as Death; she’s a Librarian who keeps notes and records of Monsters, fellow Reapers, and on the Kasper Family’s history — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters ##originalcharacter #originalcharacterart #femalecharacters #femalecharacter #frauv8_ocs #women #woman #girl

And now… Something very different. I just felt like drawing food this time (probably should make a small series of meals like this). This would be something the Kaspers/Ströms would eat almost every day for either Lunch or Dinner - normally their meals are a blend of German, Danish, Swedish, and a hint of Japanese cuisine (since Hr. Dr. Kasper was raised by his aunt Yoko). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #originalart #autodesksketchbook #foodart #food #scandinavianfood #swedishfood #smorgasbord #smörgåsbord

Wunderkind’s Notes 📝: “Sleipnir was Odin’s eight-legged horse and one of Loki’s children. He’s said to be the ‘best of all horses’ being able to ride anywhere, including Hell. His name means ’Slipper’, and is described to be a grey horse.” - Søren (also spelled “Sören”) is a Sleipnir colt found abandoned by his mother in the Kaspers’ backyard. He gets his name after Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard (from a brief glance, this guy was really focused on the meaning of existence). For many weeks the whole family has been having sleepless nights hearing constant neighs, having Freyja suspecting there’s a Nightmare roaming around (Quick Fact: the word “Nightmare” has no connection with the English word “Mare” for female horse; it’s from combination of Germanic words that refers to a date/time with a demon that haunts using dreams). Like the incident with Fritz the Wolpertinger, Hr. Dr. Kasper wanted to prove his wife that Nightmares aren’t real creatures (Freyja mistook Fritz as a Skvader, which isn’t a real creature but a made-up one by a Swedish hunter’s tale). With their son Cedrick, the whole family searched amongst the bushes and finally found the colt curled up in fright. After lots of coaxing and offerings of carrots, they finally got the colt to follow them inside “The Doghouse” where he can be warm and safe inside the patio-area. Søren has gotten more mischievous as he’s grown more accustomed to the Kaspers by nibbling on Freyja’s plants, head-butting Johannes Faustuz, and trotting circles around Cedrick with Frl. Flicka; eventually once he’s grown up, Søren will be sent to Sweden to live with Erik where he can roam more freely and possibly meet other Sleipnir. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs #mythicalcreatures #sleipnir #notes

Hr. Dr. Kasper finally found the source of all the random neighing happening at night in the backyard - it was a little abandoned eight-legged Sleipnir colt! It’s not known how long Søren will stay with the Kaspers, but he’s turning into a troublemaker eating Freyja’s miniature golden apples and other garden plants - but at the same time, he’s a new playmate for Fritz and Frl. Flicka; eventually when he gets much bigger, Søren would most likely be sent to Freyja’s family in Sweden where he’ll have more space to run around.
