Another quick drawing of these two... Thought about adding flowers, but I’m too lazy and tired to do so - maybe another time.😴 (but then it’ll give off Hades/Persephone vibes...) I also included the stages of drawing this pic (proof that my process isn’t always very clean). — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #girl #originalcharacterart #originalcharacters #frauv8_ocs #brown #blue #red #white

#happystpatricksday!🍀 - Wunderkind’s Notes on the #leprechaun. Most Leprechauns are harmless pranksters, often traveling far around the world to cause trouble, but occasionally there’s one so bad that he gets the attention of the Kaspers (Hr. Dr. Kasper with Freyja’s four cousins had to kill one up in Stockholm at the Ström estate after he smeared Unicorn poop on the walls, shattered windows, and broke sacred family rune stones). They bury their gold in Unicorn poop, which adds a little stink to the saying “A pot of gold can be found at the end of a rainbow.”🌈 — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #irishmythology #mythicalcreatures #green

Another bonus Sigrid’s Diary Entry: Odin’s death. - Richard normally hated cats, but after dealing with Sigrid’s neighbor’s cat Hedy and her stray cat boyfriend nicknamed Odin, he gradually got attached to them (cats have seven to nine lives and chase souls away, making it difficult for Grim Reapers to do their jobs). Odin and Hedy had three litters of kittens (10 babies altogether), their last litter born a few weeks after Odin’s death - which was a surprise when Hedy went missing for a long time (leading to the neighbor Mr. Vannderhassen accusing Sigrid’s mother Aina of killing his cat for witchcraft rituals; Hedy went into hiding deep in the greenhouse to give birth). Hedy is no longer alive, but one of her descendants (a male black cat with heterochromia) is currently owned by Aina and is named Lamar. — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #originalcharacter #frauv8_ocs #malecharacter #man #cats #kittens

Quick sketchy drawing of this feathered-haired guy from the late 1970s thru early 1980s. 💀 Richard Kasper had been admired, despised, and feared by those involved with the mythical and occult. Like his father “The Black Skull of Kiel”, Richard was efficient in his job reaping souls and killing monsters; as a Kasper, he had a taste for bloodlust and revenge if offended even in the slightest bit - making him the most feared Grim Reaper in Europe after Olaf. Richard was also quite the playboy prior to meeting Sigrid, enjoying the pleasure of loving women then shattering their hearts once he’s done with them (7 girlfriends, 4 one-nighters, and an ex-fiancée). But Richard was also known for his attempts to create treatments for patients and clients that often lacked potency, making people call him a “Quack” (why Erik Ström disliked him when treating his wife Sonja’s lung condition; Sonja, on the other hand, was grateful having a doctor willing to help her despite the odds). Everyone was shocked when Richard finally settled down, mainly because he married a teenage girl with a life curse that was due in a few years (Richard felt so much pity for Sigrid that he wanted to take care of her until her death, resulting the birth of their son Johannes Faustuz); but everyone was also quite shocked how quickly Richard deteriorated after his wife’s death, showing that he’s not the heartless heir of his father’s legacy. - Hr. Dr. Kasper knows he’s got a lot to live up to meet Richard’s accomplishments; he dislikes certain characteristics of his father (being a cruel playboy, conning certain clients due to their morals, marrying Sigrid who was nearly half his age, etc.), and absolutely hates it when people (especially his father-in-law Erik Ström) tell him how much he resembles Richard. — #malecharacter #originalcharacter #man #soul #glasses #furcoat #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #blue #brown #black #white #blonde #blond

Another random #sketchdump - this time in the modern era with Richard and Sigrid’s son Johannes Faustuz with wife Freyja Ström, son Cedrick, and cat Klimt. - Slide 2 is an old short from last year (when it was peak of the toilet paper shortage) featuring Klimt. — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #woman #boy #cat #originalcharacterart #originalcharacters #characterdesign #frauv8_ocs

Quick drawing of Aunt Yoko and Uncle Heinrich wearing matching red outfits in their younger years.❤️ - Heinrich met Yoko in Hiroshima, Japan in the early 1970s during a business trip. Yoko was the only daughter and assistant of Heinrich’s client who was in need of a “Yōkai hunter” (Kaspers are known for reaping souls and killing monsters). Heinrich fell in love with her at first sight, always giving her a small box of chocolate every time he visited her family’s shrine; Yoko initially kept her distance, but she liked Heinrich for his calm nature and quiet rustic voice. Within a few months, they were married, moved back to Kiel, and had their two children Hansel and Hannah soon after. — #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #woman #originalcharacters #characterdesign #frauv8_ocs #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #red #white #kimono #blazer #patterns

June-July 1980: Sigrid’s first trip to Kiel to see the sailboats. ⛵️ Kiel is where the Kaspers are from; last time I read, it’s also the site of Germany’s second largest festival after Munich’s Oktoberfest (both festivals are on my bucket list for different reasons - one is obviously for the food and beer, but the other is out of curiosity after seeing amazing photos of all those colorful sailboats crammed into a canal for a week). — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #animestyle #kiel #boat #frauv8_ocs

Even I don’t know what you’re wearing, CK... Sorry.😶 But it was really fun drawing and coloring it all (it’s pretty obvious that I enjoy drawing clothing). - It’s like all kinds of random vomited on him with a dash of his fantasy version (he also wears a white naval-inspired jacket). Cedrick got “programming socks”, a Takashi Muakami daisy cross-body bag that resembles what I call “the color wheel of death” (which is appropriate for a junior Grim Reaper to wear), a skeleton tank under a purple striped cropped shirt, biker shorts, combat boots, and a terrible mess of a vintage naval uniform and USA jacket he stitched up together (he takes after Freyja when it comes to crafting). — #malecharacter #characterdesign #originalcharacter #boy #frauv8_ocs #fashion #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #animestyle

Quick little simple thumbnail patterns based on OCs’ clothing. These were super fun and relaxing to draw - especially the plaid pattern. 😊 — #autodesksketchbook #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #patterns #sketchdump

Not my usual coloring style, and the posing is really off. It’s more of an experiment with lots of brushes. I had fun with the patterns on the clothing though - I seriously need to do a bunch of random simple patterns on clothing for a sketch dump sometime. - The last slide shows how the initial sketch looked like - proof that not all my line art is clean and lots of details change over time. — #autodesksketchbook #motionleap #pixaloop #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #woman #fashion #redhair #blond #originalcharacterart #originalcharacters #frauv8_ocs
