It’s poor Kimiko Abe the nursing student who gets bit by the mermaid.😭
Now the mermaid will have her beauty restored, also growing to human size as Kimiko’s doppelgänger.
That’s not a good thing because there’s one man currently infatuated with Kimiko...
-
This one took FOREVER~ to color.
Next page will most likely be black and white, but it’s still possible that I might make another colored one just because I can.😛

Character Sheet:
Cedrick and Tricia bickering as usual.
-
They’re not a cute couple as people often assume but rather behave more like siblings since Cedrick’s father and Tricia’s uncle work together; thus they have no choice but to see each other often. Tyrone wishes Tricia would like and date Cedrick, but Tricia has another boy from school in mind. Cedrick could care less about dating girls at his stage of life, but does occasionally get concerned for Tricia for making risky decisions affecting her well-being in the long run because he cares as a friend.

Ouch.
Then again, Tricia has always been mean towards Cedrick.
But that’s why the mermaid is angry. Despite the mermaid’s hunger and desire to restore her beauty, Tricia isn’t a “pure maiden.”
So who’s worthy of the mermaid’s bite?
-
I thought about coloring this, but again, I’m feeling lazy.
Perhaps I’ll make character sheets next for a change of pace.

Glasses off means the Herr Doktor is serious.
And there’s a reason why the mermaid is very angry with Tricia, unable to bite her.
-
The Kaspers come from a long line of doctors who were also secretly taught about the occult, cryptozoology, and other mythical/mysterious creatures and occurrences (why Johannes Faustuz has a preserved creatures like the mermaid and talking fruit flies; it’s also why he and Cedrick can survive Freyja’s “Kracken Surprise” for dinner).
So no, this isn’t their first time dealing with a revived mermaid.
-
Just out of curiosity, which ones do you like better:
colored or black and white?
Comment below!🤗
Keep in mind that colored pages take longer to make, so to progress with the story, it may not be an every page thing to do.

But seriously Tricia - there is a mermaid right behind you.
—
Patricia “Tricia” Williams is Queenie’s older cousin who lives with Queenie, Tyrone, and Asia.
She doesn’t like Johannes Faustuz or his son Cedrick, thinking they’re both dorky, lack style, and makes fun of their accents.
She also has a bad habit of rubbing people the wrong way by insulting them at first meeting.
But despite her attitude problem and chips on her shoulders, Tricia is loyal to whoever she deems worthy.

A break from the “Meerjungfrau” series (I’m finally able to remember how to spell “Mermaid” in German - yay!).
Time for something cute and fun.
-
May 3rd is #twodifferentcoloredshoesday.
👞👟
And Cedrick is really proud of himself, lol. Papa Kasper is either impressed that his son actually made an effort to wear the same kind of shoes, or is ashamed seeing his son still unable to dress himself properly.
-
Cedrick is always in a hurry and tired, so most of the time he forgets to check his socks and shoes before putting them on. Often it’s a slipper on one foot and a laced shoe on the other because he only has time to tie laces for one shoe.
-
Me? I used to have mismatched socks all the time (like one pink and one green). But after buying only black and grey socks in only one brand in recent years, it saves you a lot of time in the morning not thinking about what color to wear - especially when they don’t show anyway.

It’s alive!
So now how will they kill the mermaid?
And what will Johannes Faustuz talk about with Tyrone regarding Queenie?
-
I thought about coloring this page, but I’m feeling lazy.😅
Maybe the next page or a character sheet featuring these two characters and the Meerjungfrau.
