It’s been a long while… Life’s been keeping me busy, so much I’ve been away from making stuff for a month… With Winter arriving soon, I did a bit of a redraw of a pic done almost exactly 4 years ago (2019). ❄️ This version has Cedrick “speaking” in both English and his native German via subtitles (both versions happen to work with the same lip sync animation). I would love to see some snow again like I did in my trip to Germany last year, but right now it’s cold enough for hot drinks (I’m a bit pissed they don’t serve pumpkin spice drinks anymore when it’s still fricking November). #digitalart #ipadart #digitaldrawing #ipaddrawing #autodesksketchbook #sketchbookautodesk #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #moldivvideolab #motionleap #animeaesthetic #artoninstagram #originalcharacters #malecharacter #man #boy #blond #fatherson #snow #animation #subtitles #sparkles #coffee #winter #red #green #yellow #white #blue

“I don’t have a boyfriend. Who are you talking about? You mean that tall blond guy? Richard Kasper? What about him? Don’t get me started with that old man - I’m not in love with him.” Quick #charactersheet of my OC Sigrid Jörgensen… A teenager, cursed by her own father to a life cut short, Sigrid stands out as the sole Wicca amidst her peers at the academy. Renowned for her quick wit and unwavering commitment to her studies, she divides her time working alongside her mother, running the community’s flower shop from the ground floor of their home. Despite her youth, Sigrid yearns for a life brimming with experiences, determined to make the most of her remaining days before her Life Curse seals her fate. Her childhood crush, however, has rebuffed her advances, leaving her with a sense of desolation and cynicism towards matters of the heart. As her lifeline inches closer to its inevitable end, Sigrid has become the subject of constant scrutiny, under the watchful eye of a Grim Reaper notorious for their presence within the enigmatic Occult Community. 💐🖤 ##digitalart#digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #moldivvideolab #moldiv #prequelapp #prequel #faceapp #originalcharacter #femalecharacter #witch #wicca #girl #animestyle #magic #whitedress #characterart #characterdesign #artoninstagram #animation

14/16: Kimiko Abe in the art style of “SAILOR MOON” Kimiko Abe, hailing from Yokohama, Japan, is the eldest of her four sisters, including a middle sister, Heiko, and younger twin sisters, Usagi and Megumi. Kimiko is characterized by her caring and diligent nature, but she tends to be extremely timid and reserved, often overshadowed by her more vocal and outgoing younger siblings and feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of life, whether it's shopping or traveling. Kimiko's journey brought her to Los Angeles, California, where she embarked on a nursing career. However, she faced the initial challenge of limited English proficiency. Fortunately, she was placed under the guidance of Herr Doktor Johannes Faustuz Kasper at the hospital, chosen as her mentor due to his fluency in Japanese, which was his second language after German, followed by Danish and English. At first, Kimiko was taken aback and somewhat disappointed by her introduction to Johannes. She had imagined being paired with a young, handsome Asian doctor well-versed in American culture. Instead, she found herself under the wing of an older White doctor with a penchant for retro childhood video games, monster cards, and miscellaneous figures adorning his office. However, it didn't take long for Kimiko to develop a deep respect and admiration for her mentor, viewing him almost as a father figure. He provided constructive feedback, maintained a calm demeanor even when she made numerous mistakes, and communicated his disapproval with a silent but meaningful glance whenever she was about to err under his watchful eye. Kimiko is still navigating her true feelings toward Hr. Dr. Kasper as a person, but she wholeheartedly admires him as both a doctor and a professor, bestowing upon him the triple honorific name of "Herr Doktor-San." #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #mangastyle #animeart #sailormoon #naokotakeuchi #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #prequelapp #artontiktok #artistontiktok #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #characterart #femalecharacter #woman #nurse #malecharacter #man #doctor

13/16: Erik Ström in the art style of “MY HERO ACADEMIA” (also a colored pic after several black and white ones) Erik, the unwavering patriarch of the Ström Family, holds the reins of STRÖM CORPORATIONS & INDUSTRIES, a seemingly innocuous global shipping enterprise masking the family's true vocation: crafting occult weapons to combat and eliminate monsters and confront supernatural challenges. As a master Occult Weapon-smith, Erik takes immense pride in his ability to create the finest tools within the Occult Community, particularly for his immediate kin. He wears his mantle as a loving and protective father to Freyja with immense pride and tenderness. Furthermore, Erik has welcomed four nephews, Ragnar, Werner, Einar, and Gunnar, into his fold, raising them and integrating them into his workforce. He holds a special place in his heart for his grandson Cedrick, affectionately dubbing him "Zeddy." However, Erik's relationship with his son-in-law, Hr. Dr. Kasper, is marred by constant power struggles within the family. While his primary residence is the Ström Estate in Stockholm, Sweden, where the family's business thrives, Erik frequently joins his daughter's household and shares in their life together. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #mangastyle #animeart #myheroacademia #koheihorikoshi #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #characterart #malecharacter #man

6/16: Sigrid Jörgensen in the style of “TOKYO GHOUL” anime (Page 2 was my first attempt which I think looks more like STUDIO GHIBLI) Sigrid, a teenage Wicca, bore her father's curse due to her gender, being a Wicca rather than an Enchantress, and a unique mutation that gave her unparalleled Magical Potential, challenging Danish magical history. The Life Curse threatened her before her 20th birthday. Despite relying on Activation Potions for spellcasting, Sigrid excelled as the top student at the Enchantress Academy headed by her stepmother, facing ceaseless bullying from envious peers and faculty. She helped her mother Aina in their Copenhagen flower shop, where her younger half-brother Torben was fiercely protective. Torben disliked her crush, Sebastian "Batty" Sorensen, but admired Richard, who aided the family as a Handyman and tutor. Initially resentful of Richard as her assigned Grim Reaper, Sigrid's feelings changed over time. Despite his tainted heritage, playboy reputation, and age gap, they fell in love and secretly dated until their relationship was revealed. They hastily got engaged and married to avoid further scandal. Tragedy struck when her curse finally took effect days after giving birth to Johannes. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #mangastyle #tokyoghoul #suiishida #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #characterart #femalecharacter #girl #schoolgirl #wicca #witch

5/16 OCs: Einar Ström drawn in the style of YU-GI-OH! Einar stands as one of Freyja's four male cousins, positioned third in the line-up. Born to Sven, Erik's youngest sibling, and elder to Gunnar, Einar enjoys a special place in Freyja's heart, their shared interests notably including a passion for fashion and dressing up. Collaborating as co-hosts for the television show "FLASH FASHION," they display their shared flair, while in their family enterprise, Einar's purview is the financial domain. Openly embracing his identity, Einar identifies as gay, a truth that unfolded progressively alongside the stories of his siblings and cousins, who were all taken under the wing of Erik and Sonja after being estranged from the family estate due to their parents’ opposition to their grandfather Aki's decree that pronounced Freyja heir to STRÖM INDUSTRIES & CORPORATIONS. With an affinity for the finer things in life, Einar's penchant for opulence is well-known, as is his trail of relationships with various boyfriends through the years. In playful jest, he engages in harmless flirting with Johannes, a move intended to rib his cousin Freyja, though the nature of his connection with her husband remains a mystery. Einar also possesses a supernatural gift, enabling him to briefly manipulate thoughts and read minds, albeit at the price of enduring intense migraines for the remainder of the day. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #mangastyle #kazukitakahashi #yugioh #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #prequel #prequelapp #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #characterart #malecharacter #man #suit #halftone

4/16 OCs in different art styles: Aina Faustus drawn as a POKÉMON character (her real name is Aino Hannien) Aina, Johannes' grandmother and Sigrid's mother, boasts a relatively youthful appearance at around 200 years old, though she currently resembles an elderly woman in her early 80s. Her albinism lends her an ethereal air, accentuated by the presence of ruby-red eyes that sparkle with unflagging vitality. To distance herself from her ex-husband Samuel Jörgensen, Aina underwent a partial name change, reshaping her identity. Managing a flower shop that extends beyond its botanical offerings, Aina curates an array of antiquities, curiosities, and magical potions, catering to both Wicca and Enchantresses who frequent her establishment. Aina is the proud owner and caretaker of a feline companion named Lamarr, a descendant of the lineage stemming from Hedy and Odin. Her role in initially encouraging a romantic connection between Sigrid and Richard is notable, as she eagerly anticipated the blossoming of affection between the two. Yet, Aina's perception shifted upon discovering Richard's true nature as Death, a revelation that came when she observed him extracting Sigrid's soul. This revelation cast a shadow on her sentiment towards him, despite her awareness of his deep love for Sigrid and his pivotal role in the birth of her cherished grandson Johannes. The second of 16 OCs redrawn in their assigned art style: Granger Rodriguez - DRAGON BALL I never got into Dragon Ball or its later iterations, but I’m familiar with some of the lore and art style because I had friends and family members who did watch it regularly (I know it’s loosely based off the MONKEY KING folklore). Granger, a Grim Reaper based in America, is Death's capable Secretary who also adeptly disguises herself as a local police officer. Despite her youthful appearance of a woman around 30 years old, she boasts an astonishing age of over 600 years. Emerging as the eldest sibling in a family of three, Granger's lineage stems from the union of a Spanish Warlock, posing as a priest, and a Mestiza Native American Wicca. Her siblings include Carmen, a Junior Reaper who takes on the appearance of a high school student, and Tobias, her youngest brother who maintains the visage of a 10-year-old child. With a penchant for playful taunting and a knack for getting under Hr. Dr. Kasper's skin, Granger's unique connection to Death makes her the go-to for direct assignments from the Reaper himself, even though she harbors some aversion to the Kaspers residing within her family's territory. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #mangastyle #dragonball #dragonballz #akiratoriyama #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #characterart #femalecharacter #woman #policeofficer #clouds #blue #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #prequelapp

Johannes Kasper seldom takes on the role of a substitute teacher, but when he steps in for his colleague Vinnie DeValeur’s Biology class, students are frequently taken aback by his presence. His commanding stature, fair complexion, stylish attire, and youthful look, despite being in his early 40s, often elicit surprise. There are instances when he appears slightly disheveled, having rushed straight from the hospital in activewear due to his demanding schedule as a doctor, often deprived of sleep (he reserves scrubs for hospital premises only). Unlike the amiable and approachable Professor DeValeur, Hr. Dr. Kasper is characterized as straightforward, strict, low on patience, and quick in his delivery. However, his thoroughness in reviewing course materials before exams and his willingness to offer additional credit to struggling students set him apart from his colleague. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #moldivvideolab #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #artwork #originalart #originalcharacter #characterart #malecharacter #man #professor #blond #yellow #white #subtitles #vhsaesthetic #artoninstagram

… and that’s why Tricia hardly has any tutoring sessions over at the Kaspers’ place - they have 2 dogs (Fräulein Flicka and Freud), a cat (Klimt), a Wolpertinger (Fritz), a Hyosube (Junko), and a Sleipnir colt (Søren) [they also have Rose-Marie the Pink Fairy, but she doesn’t have hair or fur like the other creatures]. Tricia’s interactions with creatures are limited by her allergies and lack of affinity for animals. Her biology professor, Vinnie DeValeur, shares a similar irony as an animal-allergic individual owning a snake, tortoise, and tarantula for his students. Birds, however, are an exception, and she tolerates the Chickharney residing in the pine sapling planted by Hr. Dr. Kasper in her uncle Tyrone’s backyard. Tricia and Cedrick have known each other for more than 5 years, but they’re not a couple as many strangers tease they are - their relationship is more like estranged siblings or “a little more than acquaintances but not quite friends yet”. Tricia first met Cedrick when he was 9 years old and unable to speak much English (when the Kaspers first bought their home in Los Angeles for work), so she still sees him as “an annoying spoiled little brat” despite his sudden growth spurt in recent years; Cedrick doesn’t think much of Tricia since she’s over 5 years older and is a relative of a colleague, but he does find her difficult to be around with since she’s known for being stubborn and unwilling to stay focused on anything academic (Tricia got a scholarship to University because she’s a good Volleyball player, but has to maintain her grades - thus why she has tutoring sessions with Cedrick). #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #moldivvideolab #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teengirl #teenboy #dog #doberman #dobermann #blackgirl #whiteboy #vhsaesthetic #animated #animation #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram

A little practice after almost 2 years being tortured by Duolingo - and I still think I’m no good.🥲 … Well, I’m actually doing good reading German and French, though spelling words without a Wörterbuch is a NIGHTMARE. 💀 Listening is a little hit-‘n-miss, but I’m able to understand some phrases without looking at the subtitles on Netflix. Each language has their quirk and frustrations (i.e. FRENCH with their stupid silent letters, GERMAN with split verbs and 3 “Genders”), but sometimes I’m having fun and blaze through my lessons with ease. (And for anyone wondering, yes I still write most of my notes in cursive - or what some jokingly call “Doctor Writings” because so many can’t read cursive at all these days and it looks a lot like a handwritten doctor’s prescription) - In Sigrid’s pic, some of her labels have Danish in red underneath the German showing how very similar those words are (makes sense since Denmark and Germany are right next to each other). My pics are also cutoff in order to fit the 4:5 ratio, so not everything is in frame (original format for both are 2:3). I had a lot of fun with each color scheme, one being warm and the other cool in tone (the pics are also complementary to each other). Both dress well, but being set in the 1980s Sigrid does poke fun at Richard by calling him “Old Man” wearing stuff from the previous decade (his true identity as Death actually makes him quite ancient at over 350,000 years old). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #art #drawing #artwork #originalartwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistoninstagram #animestyle #animeaesthetic #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #characterdesign #characterart #character #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #girl #notes #fashion #clothes #clothing #german

Johannes, a Surgical Oncologist, doubles as a Substitute Biology Professor, much to Tricia’s dismay. She’s acquainted with him through her uncle Tyrone, but having him as a teacher is an added annoyance, especially considering her poor grades. Unbeknownst to her, Tricia’s latent magical abilities attract supernatural beings, particularly vengeful souls on the verge of transformation. As a Grim Reaper, Johannes must intercept these souls to prevent them from becoming powerful creatures. Something from April that wasn’t posted up despite shown as a pair of Insta-Stories (now featured somewhere within the Highlight “Siri’s Diary V3”). I’m quite busy with the latest “6 Fan Arts” prompt, gathering references and sketching things out (basically Brainstorming). - Richard is a bit sensitive about any mention and photos showing him as a “weak little human” (considering the fact he’s the Incarnation of Death Himself and is technically many thousands of years old as a Deity). Sigrid finds it adorable seeing her boyfriend in such a flustered state, and enjoys hearing all the numerous stories and antics from his older brother Heinrich. #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #digitalart #digitaldrawing #originalart #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #brothers #boys #man #girl #sketchdump #comic #webcomic #character #characterart #artistoninstagram #artofinstagram #artoninstagram

Sigrid, working alongside her mother Aina at the flower shop, finds joy in receiving occasional botanical gifts from her boyfriend Richard. While surrounded by the blooms of the shop, Sigrid treasures the unique charm of meadow flowers, as they hold a natural allure not commonly found in their store. Richard, ever the thoughtful partner, seeks out unusual flora, envisioning their potential in crafting magical potions and medicinal ointments. However, he also selects flowers that evoke memories of Sigrid’s enchanting beauty—their hues reminiscent of her radiant blue eyes, golden locks, and the rosy blush of her cheeks and lips. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #art #drawing #artwork #originalartwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistatinstagram #artistoninstagram #animestyle #animeaesthetic #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #prequel #preqelapp #moldiv #vhsaesthetic #1980saesthetic #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #woman
