14/16: Kimiko Abe in the art style of “SAILOR MOON”
Kimiko Abe, hailing from Yokohama, Japan, is the eldest of her four sisters, including a middle sister, Heiko, and younger twin sisters, Usagi and Megumi. Kimiko is characterized by her caring and diligent nature, but she tends to be extremely timid and reserved, often overshadowed by her more vocal and outgoing younger siblings and feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of life, whether it's shopping or traveling.
Kimiko's journey brought her to Los Angeles, California, where she embarked on a nursing career. However, she faced the initial challenge of limited English proficiency. Fortunately, she was placed under the guidance of Herr Doktor Johannes Faustuz Kasper at the hospital, chosen as her mentor due to his fluency in Japanese, which was his second language after German, followed by Danish and English. At first, Kimiko was taken aback and somewhat disappointed by her introduction to Johannes. She had imagined being paired with a young, handsome Asian doctor well-versed in American culture. Instead, she found herself under the wing of an older White doctor with a penchant for retro childhood video games, monster cards, and miscellaneous figures adorning his office.
However, it didn't take long for Kimiko to develop a deep respect and admiration for her mentor, viewing him almost as a father figure. He provided constructive feedback, maintained a calm demeanor even when she made numerous mistakes, and communicated his disapproval with a silent but meaningful glance whenever she was about to err under his watchful eye. Kimiko is still navigating her true feelings toward Hr. Dr. Kasper as a person, but she wholeheartedly admires him as both a doctor and a professor, bestowing upon him the triple honorific name of "Herr Doktor-San."

* Richard & Heinrich Kasper.
Heinrich is the older brother who’s cool, calm, and collected (especially if he has a cigarette in hand); Richard is the younger brother who’s hot-headed, impulsive, brazen, and at times can be obnoxious (he likes to tease and play pranks).
Despite their differences, the two brothers enjoy each other’s company whenever they’re together at their hometown of Kiel.
* Sigrid & Richard tending plants at the greenhouse.
Whenever Richard stays overnight during a visit, it’s usually because Sigrid’s mother Aina needs extra help with certain tasks around the flower shop/ house (usually lifting up heavy objects, repairing anything broken, and getting rid of pests - especially Tatzelwürmer).
Initially Sigrid was annoyed and couldn’t stand sharing anything of hers with anyone else; as their relationship slowly advanced from acquaintances into lovers, she allowed Richard into her room (sometimes leading into unexpected passionate nights together).
* Sigrid with her younger half-brother Torben (her father’s son with the academy’s headmistress) and Heinrich’s children Hansel & Hannah.
Sigrid always had a soft spot for younger children, so much so she dreamed of becoming a teacher & mother despite of her life curse; she was able to briefly enjoy being an aunt and becoming a mother, but never lived long enough to finish school to become a teacher (Johannes actually obtained a teaching degree in honor of his mother).

Richard Kasper with his older brother Heinrich and their younger half-sister Sabrina (mother’s daughter, not a Kasper), circa 1981.
Heinrich was the oldest, a no-nonsense businessman, and originally was the heir of the Kasper’s bloodline until he broke off his betrothal (to Freyja’s mother Sonja) and married Yoko instead.
Despite no longer being the heir, Heinrich was the favorite child of both parents and adored by his younger siblings and family due to his calm and collected temperament.
Heinrich adopted Johannes after Richard returned to his true form as Death, raising him alongside with his own children Hansel and Hannah.
His only vice was chain smoking to ease his nerves, which eventually led to his death from lung cancer in the 1990s.
Sabrina was born a few years after their mother Ida had left the Kasper Family for an American soldier in the 1950s; she grew up spoiled and had little interest in her older siblings, especially with Richard (they both look like their mother and had similar temperaments).
She’s a few years older than Sigrid, but acted much younger with an impulsive temper and need for attention (she also thought Sigrid was a “boring ugly Wicca schoolgirl”, adding to the ire between herself and her second older half-brother).
Sabrina became a lawyer, and has done well with her straightforward and blunt way of taking; lately she’s been hoping to reconnect with her extended family, especially hearing that her nephew has been living in Los Angeles with a famous wife.

This year’s MET theme was based off the Gilded Age, and it looked like a sloppy tragic mess - an “F” for execution and effort in my opinion.
There wasn’t not enough puffed sleeves, high collars, pleated skirts, opera gloves, glittery jewelry, bright colors on dresses, feathers and fur, top hats, and not to mention some literally took the “coated in gold” definition.
A lot of the looks came from wrong eras (though some of them were amazing, like Gigi Hadid’s quilted burgundy gown), and some looks were just so lazy (seriously - Marilyn Monroe’s skintight nude-colored dress from the 1960s?! Why?!).
Some menswear were also spot-on like Ryan Reynolds (mens fashion were a bit plain with waistcoats, trousers, and collared shirts with muted solid colors), but again lacked hats and could’ve had some fun with shoes and accessories such as glasses, gloves, bow ties, and pocket watches.
Now who had outfits that did a good job reflecting the Gilded Age aesthetic in my opinion?
Billie Eilish (the colors, silhouette, draping… love it), Bad Bunny (the puffed sleeves, structured coat, and collared shirt), and Emma Corrin (the top hat and her coat kinda resembles a “Bike Suit” and maybe a hint of “Flauntleroy Boy”).

Hr. Dr. Kasper, Cedrick, and their distant cousin Kiya (Yevdokiya).

Kiya is staying with the Kasper Family until Auntie Vasilisa (Baba Yaga) is finished casting her complex spells repairing and relocating their house from the Red Forest of Chernobyl (it’s a really big house with chicken legs and skull lanterns).
She’s almost two years older than Cedrick but looks like she could be his twin or younger sister, and is a Junior Reaper like Cedrick.
She’s still in High School (unlike Cedrick who’s a Wunderkind and working with his father), has a very nurturing personality (she treats Cedrick as the little sibling she always wanted), and likes making yarn dolls and sweaters.
Freyja has been enjoying having another girl in the house, Faustuz has been a bit apprehensive since she randomly magically appeared via his grandmother Aina’s teleportation potion, and Cedrick… he’s the only boy with older girl cousins on both sides of his family, so he’ll be fine.
