Spring is definitely here, quickly turning into Summer - and I don’t like it when it’s too warm too fast (not to mention the dust and pollen floating in the air - my allergies are acting up).
I like some sunshine, but like my OC Johannes here, I prefer the dark - too much sunlight and I’ll turn into a 🦞 with a migraine (light is actually one trigger for my headaches - especially if I’m not well rested and hydrated).

I didn’t feel like writing much German this time - it’s been really hurting my brain lately after being abused by “splitting double verbs” in my last several Duolingo lessons (the verb “Anfangen” is an example - “das Spiel fängt in fünf Minuten an”, but then it’s “das Spiel muss in fünf Minuten anfangen” - ARGH!😫).
I’ve also been dabbling with French again to see if I still remember from High School, but the listening exercises remind me how much it drove me crazy (pick your “poison” carefully - it could actually be “poisson” which sounds exactly the same in French!☠️).

Being a Millennial born sometime in the 1980s, Hr. Dr. Kasper’s been really hit hard with the latest retro (especially Y2K) trends going on - he was his son Cedrick’s age around at that time (14 - 16 years old).
And he’s a bit sensitive showing off his past self, but apparently Cedrick thinks it’s funny and cool at the same time that he wore all that stuff (many Millennials like myself aren’t enthusiastic about the Y2K fashion - I grew up with it and not entirely liking it entirely at the time because I got dress-coded so much at school wearing cropped tops and low-rise jeans are actually awful to wear - they really hurt your hips!).

Seeing some current Y2K fashion trends made me want to draw this quick pic (makes sense since she’s Gen Z who’s obsessed with anything dating between 198X-200X right now [Cedrick would actually be Gen Alpha, considering my OCs were originally supposed to be set in the 2030s]).
I have a quick skit in mind with her teasing her substitute professor wearing JNCO Jeans and other Y2K stuff in his younger years (Hr. Dr. Kasper was his son Cedrick’s age in the late 1990s-2000s), but I haven’t gotten a chance to draw it yet - I’m still stuck in the 1980s with all the amazing fashion trends they had (90s and 2000s are a bit too close for me considering that was my entire childhood experience).

Sigrid’s coloring looks best with blue, but her favorite color is pink; Death is often associated with the color green as in something rotten and toxic (it’s also the color I often use for the Kaspers because of their association with Death as Grim Reapers).
Sigrid is a Witch (Wicca class), which is why her green look has a hat (during spell demonstrations Witches wear their hats to distinguish themselves apart from observers).
Death does normally wears a black robe as a Deity, but in his incarnated Human form he tries his best to dress up for every occasion he spends with and observing Sigrid (he’s waiting for her Life Curse to take effect within 2 - 5 years so he can take her soul, but being Human has made him susceptible to developing feelings of love - thus making it more difficult to focus on his task).

Despite having to take Activation Potions, Sigrid can easily cast spells other Witches (particularly Enchantresses) take years to master mainly because of her insane high amount of Magical Potential (MP) and constantly practicing to prove that a mere Wicca is capable.
Just by herself Sigrid’s spells can pack a punch and are visibly spectacular, but when she has someone she cares for nearby while casting spells is when her magic shines most - a common sign that a Witch is in love and is willing to do whatever to show her abilities that she’ll protect them.
Sigrid’s look is heavily influenced by 1980s (maybe a hint of early 1990s) black Chanel dresses.
It’s not often she wears formal clothes (she mostly wears school-related clothing), and she makes her own dresses and gowns for the trimonthly debutantes her academy holds for its students to demonstrate their magical abilities.

Heinrich & Yoko had offered to let him stay in their house, but Richard mainly stays in a distant cousin’s hotel in Copenhagen where he can keep a close eye on his latest assignment sent directly from Fate: observing a teen girl named Sigrid with a rare Life Curse set to go off within 2-5 years.
Heinrich doesn’t like the fact Richard is dating Sigrid now, but he sees the positive changes in Richard’s demeanor.
