From about a month ago (15 July 2023): Current Kasper Grim Reapers (sans Death). #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #mangastyle #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #characterdesign #malecharacter #grimreaper #scythe #fan #hat #blackandwhite #halftone

… and that’s why Tricia hardly has any tutoring sessions over at the Kaspers’ place - they have 2 dogs (Fräulein Flicka and Freud), a cat (Klimt), a Wolpertinger (Fritz), a Hyosube (Junko), and a Sleipnir colt (Søren) [they also have Rose-Marie the Pink Fairy, but she doesn’t have hair or fur like the other creatures]. Tricia’s interactions with creatures are limited by her allergies and lack of affinity for animals. Her biology professor, Vinnie DeValeur, shares a similar irony as an animal-allergic individual owning a snake, tortoise, and tarantula for his students. Birds, however, are an exception, and she tolerates the Chickharney residing in the pine sapling planted by Hr. Dr. Kasper in her uncle Tyrone’s backyard. Tricia and Cedrick have known each other for more than 5 years, but they’re not a couple as many strangers tease they are - their relationship is more like estranged siblings or “a little more than acquaintances but not quite friends yet”. Tricia first met Cedrick when he was 9 years old and unable to speak much English (when the Kaspers first bought their home in Los Angeles for work), so she still sees him as “an annoying spoiled little brat” despite his sudden growth spurt in recent years; Cedrick doesn’t think much of Tricia since she’s over 5 years older and is a relative of a colleague, but he does find her difficult to be around with since she’s known for being stubborn and unwilling to stay focused on anything academic (Tricia got a scholarship to University because she’s a good Volleyball player, but has to maintain her grades - thus why she has tutoring sessions with Cedrick). #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #moldivvideolab #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teengirl #teenboy #dog #doberman #dobermann #blackgirl #whiteboy #vhsaesthetic #animated #animation #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram

On Instagram I had a poll on what hair colors I should focus on, and of course it was a tie between the pink and blue. 🩷💀🩵 So I ended up switching between all the hair colors as the final solution - and it’s a bit of work to do only to get a few views lol. Oh well… 🙃 I’ll make something else whenever I’m not feeling dead from work… (I actually wanted to do something else with the same song playing, but it’s going to be a lot of planning to make it…) It’s two of my younger OCs Tricia Williams and Cedrick Kasper (Gen Z/Gen Alpha) clad in Barbiecore Pink. Tricia is loving the pink, but Cedrick is way past done with it (he actually likes neon green, black, and orange - basically Halloween colors considering his birthday is in October). It’s also not often seeing Cedrick’s hair in other colors besides his natural platinum blond, though he’s known to occasionally dye half his hair for fun (blue is his favorite hair color). Tricia usually has her hair natural or in afro-puffs/buns, but she does enjoy having long braids and nails whenever she’s on break from playing volleyball for College/University. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #moldiv #moldivvideolab #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #characterart #characterdesign #malecharacter #femalecharacter #teengirl #teenboy #bowlcut #blond #braids #barbiecore #kencore #barbiepink #fashion #blackgirl #whiteboy

A little practice after almost 2 years being tortured by Duolingo - and I still think I’m no good.🥲 … Well, I’m actually doing good reading German and French, though spelling words without a Wörterbuch is a NIGHTMARE. 💀 Listening is a little hit-‘n-miss, but I’m able to understand some phrases without looking at the subtitles on Netflix. Each language has their quirk and frustrations (i.e. FRENCH with their stupid silent letters, GERMAN with split verbs and 3 “Genders”), but sometimes I’m having fun and blaze through my lessons with ease. (And for anyone wondering, yes I still write most of my notes in cursive - or what some jokingly call “Doctor Writings” because so many can’t read cursive at all these days and it looks a lot like a handwritten doctor’s prescription) - In Sigrid’s pic, some of her labels have Danish in red underneath the German showing how very similar those words are (makes sense since Denmark and Germany are right next to each other). My pics are also cutoff in order to fit the 4:5 ratio, so not everything is in frame (original format for both are 2:3). I had a lot of fun with each color scheme, one being warm and the other cool in tone (the pics are also complementary to each other). Both dress well, but being set in the 1980s Sigrid does poke fun at Richard by calling him “Old Man” wearing stuff from the previous decade (his true identity as Death actually makes him quite ancient at over 350,000 years old). — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #art #drawing #artwork #originalartwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistoninstagram #animestyle #animeaesthetic #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #characterdesign #characterart #character #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #girl #notes #fashion #clothes #clothing #german

Barbie is EVERYWHERE! Even the Kaspers are swept up by the pink tsunami - Johannes and Freyja love it, but their son Cedrick is done with the color. 🎟️👛 I still remember first hearing the original Barbie song by Aqua song as a kid on the radio - it was constantly on repeat, and I LOVED IT! My mom still thinks it’s a little kid song, but now as an adult… I can see why Mattel wasn’t happy. 😆 Barbie was based off a German doll who actually has an interesting backstory herself (Bild Lilli was based off her newspaper comic counterpart who had quite the sassy personality based on the articles I’ve read). - #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #artoninstagram #artistoninstagram #originalcharacters #vhsaesthetic #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #boy #woman #family #fathermotherson #blond #blonde #barbiecore #barbiecoreaesthetic #barbiepink

Hansel (Hanzo) “Hans” Kasper, Johannes’ oldest cousin who is half White (German) and half Asian (Japanese-Korean). Even though he’s part of the Kasper Family and just as capable of using scythes, Hansel prefers using fans and talismans as his choice of weapons and dresses up as a Jeoseung Saja - the Korean equivalent of a Grim Reaper. He rather not resort to violence in dealing with lost souls and rogue monsters, trying his best to be more of a guide. But if a soul or monster shows no sign of cooperation, Hansel won’t hesitate to judge and punish it in an instant alongside his fellow Reaper family members. #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #moldivvideolab #motionleap #motionleapapp #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalart #artistoninstagram #artofinstagram #artoninstagram #artistsoninstagram #originalcharacter #characterart #vhsaesthetic #malecharacter #man #grimreaper #jeoseungsaja #koreangrimreaper #souls

Freyja enjoys pushing the envelope when it comes to fashion. Her son Cedrick finds it embarrassing, her husband Johannes is often mesmerized, and her father Erik just wants her covered up. Johannes, a Surgical Oncologist, doubles as a Substitute Biology Professor, much to Tricia’s dismay. She’s acquainted with him through her uncle Tyrone, but having him as a teacher is an added annoyance, especially considering her poor grades. Unbeknownst to her, Tricia’s latent magical abilities attract supernatural beings, particularly vengeful souls on the verge of transformation. As a Grim Reaper, Johannes must intercept these souls to prevent them from becoming powerful creatures. Eager to escape the attention and scandal surrounding her relationship with Richard, Sigrid longed to leave Copenhagen and relocate to Kiel. The exposure of their relationship by her classmates resulted in Sigrid’s expulsion from the Enchantress Academy, causing significant distress and concern among many. In an effort to alleviate some of the worries, an impromptu engagement was hastily arranged. While leaving Copenhagen meant leaving her mother Aina alone to manage the flower shop, moving in with her fiancé offered the promise of a fresh start, making the most of the limited time Sigrid had left to live. - #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeaesthetic #vhsaesthetic #1980s #1980saesthetic #80s #80saesthetic #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #artwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistoninstagram #originalcharacters #malecharacter #femalecharacter #man #woman #girl #couple #copenhagen #dress #jumpsuit

Quick comic pic… - In his struggle with emotions, Death, known as Richard in his human form, finds it challenging to process and comprehend the depths of love and the desire to care for another person. Accustomed to his role of collecting and overseeing souls, Death has rarely experienced the complexities of love and nurturing, often focusing on maintaining the balance of souls in their final destinations or assuming the roles of a doctor or handyman to conceal his true nature. The creatures that result from lost and wandering souls can even escalate to the level of God-Class Monsters in the worst-case scenarios. Throughout his incarnations, Death has never witnessed the longevity required to fully experience “True Love” and establish a family of his own. However, as Richard, he becomes profoundly sensitive to the irresistible pull of love when he encounters Sigrid, despite his eventual responsibility of ending her life. - #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animestyle #animeartstyle #mangaart #manga #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #sketchdump #comic #webcomic #comicsart #artwork #originalart #artoninstagram #originalcharacters #characterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #blackandwhite #text #halftone #halftoneart #artistsoninstagram #artistoninstagram

Something drawn a long while ago that only was featured as an Insta-Story (colored and un-colored versions). I’m still working on the “6 FAN ARTS” prompt with 3 characters left to finish (about 50% done, more or less). These take quite a bit of time to make considering the fact I had to collect references and I’m drawing 6 characters; at the pace I’m going, I’m probably going to be done by tomorrow if I pull off another all nighter… 🫠 #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #digitalart #digitaldrawing #originalart #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #woman #clothing #clothes #fashion #sketchdump #character #characterart #artistoninstagram #artofinstagram #artoninstagram #purple #blue #yellow #blackandwhite

Something from April that wasn’t posted up despite shown as a pair of Insta-Stories (now featured somewhere within the Highlight “Siri’s Diary V3”). I’m quite busy with the latest “6 Fan Arts” prompt, gathering references and sketching things out (basically Brainstorming). - Richard is a bit sensitive about any mention and photos showing him as a “weak little human” (considering the fact he’s the Incarnation of Death Himself and is technically many thousands of years old as a Deity). Sigrid finds it adorable seeing her boyfriend in such a flustered state, and enjoys hearing all the numerous stories and antics from his older brother Heinrich. #art #drawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #digitalart #digitaldrawing #originalart #originalcharacter #originalcharacters #originalcharacterart #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #brothers #boys #man #girl #sketchdump #comic #webcomic #character #characterart #artistoninstagram #artofinstagram #artoninstagram

It’s always about this time of the year when he gets a new outfit to show off… 🤵🏼✨ This year’s look is heavily inspired by the 1970s and Tom Ford menswear.🕺🪩 #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #art #drawing #artwork #originalartwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistatinstagram #artistoninstagram #artistsofinstagram #animestyle #animeartstyle #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #originalcharacter #malecharacter #man #fashion #clothing #suit #black #white #blackandwhite

Sigrid, working alongside her mother Aina at the flower shop, finds joy in receiving occasional botanical gifts from her boyfriend Richard. While surrounded by the blooms of the shop, Sigrid treasures the unique charm of meadow flowers, as they hold a natural allure not commonly found in their store. Richard, ever the thoughtful partner, seeks out unusual flora, envisioning their potential in crafting magical potions and medicinal ointments. However, he also selects flowers that evoke memories of Sigrid’s enchanting beauty—their hues reminiscent of her radiant blue eyes, golden locks, and the rosy blush of her cheeks and lips. — #digitalart #digitaldrawing #ipadart #ipaddrawing #art #drawing #artwork #originalartwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistatinstagram #artistoninstagram #animestyle #animeaesthetic #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #prequel #preqelapp #moldiv #vhsaesthetic #1980saesthetic #originalcharacters #originalcharacter #malecharacter #femalecharacter #couple #man #girl #woman

Father’s Day is just around the corner! 👨‍👦 Here’s Richard with a baby Johannes sometime around the 1980s (perhaps at Tivoli Gardens). 🎡🎠🎟️ (Caption by Chat GPT) In the wake of Sigrid’s passing, Richard poured his love and affection onto their son, cherishing every moment before his mortal form began to falter four years later. While many see Johannes as his father’s reflection, with his platinum blond hair and heterochromia, Richard perceives a profound resemblance to Sigrid. Beyond their shared physical traits, he discerns traces of Sigrid’s snarky personality and innocent expressions, a testament to the enduring presence of his beloved wife. - #digitalart #digitaldrawing #art #ipadart #ipaddrawing #animated #animation #animestyle #animeaesthetic #prequelapp #prequel #moldiv #sketchbookautodesk #autodesksketchbook #vhsaesthetic #artwork #originalart #artoninstagram #artworkoninstagram #artistatinstagram #artistoninstagram #artistsofinstagram #originalcharacter #characterart #malecharacter #man #father #fatherandson #babyboy #baby
