My poor attempt in making one of them smexy drink videos, lol. It was okay right after making this video, but adding just a tiny bit more syrup made it perfect (you always need more than you think to really get some flavor, especially as the ice melts). Also, the Voiceover couldn’t say it right the first time - it’s still not quite right after some adjustments with the “U” and “E”, lol. It’s two syllables. Starts like “Über” and ends like “Café” - not one syllable like “Boob” without the first “B”, lol. #sketchdump •Normally Richard hates cats because they’re constantly attracted to him and chase unclaimed wandering souls away like yarn balls (annoying for Reapers, especially when he’s the actual Grim Reaper Death Himself; this is why Kaspers have pet dogs, especially Hellhounds). But since meeting Sigrid (who loves cats), he’s been able to tolerate them more - up to the point he’s attached to the neighborhood tomcat Odin and Sigrid’s neighbor’s cat Hedy. •Sigrid often gets cold whenever she’s out and about. She’s not fond of Richard’s fur coat fashion-wise (she said it makes him look like a wild bear), but as soon as he wraps her in it, she immediately forgets how much she hates it with its warmth and scent (Richard wears Calvin Klein Obsession cologne). •Sigrid’s childhood crush Batty constantly rebuffs her affection over the years, finally up to the point he started dating an older girl from her academy and recently proposed. She initially took out her heartbroken frustrations out on Richard when they first met, but with each visit to her mother’s flower shop, Sigrid slowly became attached to him despite his reputation as a Playboy and true identity as Death. She’s finally opening up, wondering if he’d like to go to the formal dinner with her at the academy (I might draw up something with this idea in mind; and because it’s a masquerade, Richard could hide his true form under a mask…). •And Richard got a haircut… (the resemblance between him and his son really shows once the curls are gone) Because Hr. Dr. Kasper, Cedrick, and their distant cousin Kiya (Yevdokiya). - Kiya is staying with the Kasper Family until Auntie Vasilisa (Baba Yaga) is finished casting her complex spells repairing and relocating their house from the Red Forest of Chernobyl (it’s a really big house with chicken legs and skull lanterns). I really liked 2022’s take on the world of Batman - I thought each character was fleshed out enough to distinguish who they are, and it felt more realistic compared to previous versions of Batman. I also thought the actors were great in the movie (screw the “Twilight Sparkles” references to Robert Pattinson - he was a good Batman; he was Cedric in Harry Potter, and I liked him there too). Quick coloring scheme/character sheet of Sigrid and Richard. - Sigrid usually wears her school uniform, even when working in her mother’s flower shop, and visiting the library at the university campus where Richard works; at the arcade is where Sigrid shows off her true sense of fashion (more so when she started dating). Richard is very frugal when it comes to attire so he’s about a decade behind when it comes to fashion; after they met was when he slowly started trying new clothes in the 1980s. Is it way too early to think about Summer?☀️ Because it’s been pushing over 80F/30C here in California and it already feels like Summer when it’s not even officially Spring yet - I want my Winter weather, Damnit! 😫 I haven’t posted my last two pics here on IG yet (one will be posted on 30 March for specific reasons; the other is already posted on my website frausama.com if you want to see it before it’s eventually posted here). This one is fresh from my iPad, and I don’t think I’ve made anything that screams 1980s aesthetic more than this pic (I’m sure I’ll make another one that’ll be just as much retro). I have 3 versions featured: glasses on, glasses off, and Richard with trunks on (sometimes Sigrid gets too embarrassed that her boyfriend goes out only wearing a Speedo🩲). Sigrid and Richard often went to the beach away from Copenhagen for weekend dates🏖; at the peak of Summer in July, Richard would take Sigrid out sailboat rides at his hometown (he’s from Kiel where there’s an annual sailboat festival⛵️). - 🐼 Side Note: I also just watched “Turning Red”, and boy that movie hit me hard with some of my childhood memories - I actually was in 8th Grade in 2002 just like Mei!😱 (I actually was into the “Backstreet Boys” more than “*NSync”, had a Giga Pet knock-off, collected those stickers [esp. Lisa Frank ones], owned a portable CD player, but I didn’t get a flip-phone until I was 18).
