Green with the Kasper Brothers 🟢
Green is the color I use most often for the Kaspers because of its association with many things villainous, magical, and deadly (aside from positivity, earthly, and lively- in regard to nature). The Kasper Family has a close affinity with Death, having hot tempers, twisted sense of humors, and being involved with heinous acts in the past - giving them a notorious reputation within the Occult Community as “Evil” and “Monstrous”. Despite their dark history and reputation, positive traits of the Kasper Family are their quality of work, efficiency in completing tasks, and their expression of love and commitment to their family members - especially towards their significant others (i.e. Heinrich gives Yoko a kiss on the forehead every morning waking up; Richard always left small boxed gifts for Sigrid after they spent the night together).
The layout and art style are also a bit similar to those on retro clothing pattern packs.
The stripes on Richard’s polo shirt was very tedious, but overall it was a simple pic to color.

Just another character sheet…
… and I’m still alive~~~
But like a barely charged battery 🪫💀
Life has been bulldozing me hard the last past few weeks - I had to move, a relative I was close to passed away, my commute to work has increased, the house needs repairing and cleaning up…
Idk how 2024 is looking like, but so far I’m exhausted and I’m going to take my time to recharge - even if it’s days, weeks, months before I return to post something.
Social media can take a backseat, and I’m just going to keep doodling whenever and whatever I’m feeling like doodling - Life’s not meant to wasted on screens.

Happy New Year! 🎆
Here’s to another year with “Intense Green”, “Peach Fuzz”, and “Chocolate Kiss” - naming the colors used in this pic of my OCs Freyja Ström and Hr. Dr. Kasper .

The Illumination Spell, a formidable enchantment that even seasoned Enchantresses find challenging, poses a significant hurdle for magical practitioners due to its relentless drain on Magical Potential.
As a Wicca, a tier considered beneath Enchantresses, Sigrid faced constant scrutiny, compelled to demonstrate her magical prowess to assert her place in the esteemed Enchantress Academy. Despite her status as a Wicca, a lower-ranking Witch, Sigrid inherited her father’s formidable powers and possessed a unique mutation that granted her nearly boundless Magical Potential, requiring the consumption of Activation Potions to unleash it. This exceptional ability allowed Sigrid to surpass her peers and excel in spellcasting classes and performances at Demonstration Debutantes.
Almost four decades since her departure from the academy, Sigrid’s unmatched magical proficiency remains unparalleled among Enchantresses and Wiccas alike.

“Merry Christmas you filthy animal!”
It’s finally that time of the year again, and Cedrick felt like sharing a little tidbit on Mari Llwyd - a Welsh celebration featuring a singing zombie horse that wants inside your house for food, drink, and merrymaking.

Not every white flower with thin petals and yellow centers are daisies, though daisies are probably the most recognizable kind and most associated with love since they’re used to determine whether someone likes them or not…

A kiss with Death…
-
In the dance between a Wicca schoolgirl with a limited lifespan and the Grim Reaper assigned to her by Fate, Sigrid’s final years unfold with secrets, taboos, and a deep bond with Death Himself. Ultimately, her life ends by his hands, yet their love persists in the forms of a free-floating soul and the birth of a new generation.

It’s been a long while…
Life’s been keeping me busy, so much I’ve been away from making stuff for a month…
With Winter arriving soon, I did a bit of a redraw of a pic done almost exactly 4 years ago (2019). ❄️
This version has Cedrick “speaking” in both English and his native German via subtitles (both versions happen to work with the same lip sync animation).
I would love to see some snow again like I did in my trip to Germany last year, but right now it’s cold enough for hot drinks (I’m a bit pissed they don’t serve pumpkin spice drinks anymore when it’s still fricking November).

Happy Halloween!💀
Every Halloween is when Frl. Flicka gets to show off her true self as a Hellhound and wreak havoc amongst those who are due to have their souls taken.

“I need no introduction - you know who I am. I come to you as if I was a whisperering ghost. Fate sent me to observe you. Now I will ask you: Why do you fear me so? Am I really so bad?”
As the present embodiment of Death, Richard was chosen by Fate to watch over Sigrid in the twilight of her life, just before her Life Curse would befall her. Beyond his notorious history as a one-time playboy and his present status as Europe’s most formidable Grim Reaper, not much is known about him. Typically, Richard revels in the game of breaking hearts for his own amusement. However, upon encountering Sigrid, her sassy spirit and innate youthful allure have captivated him. This enigmatic figure finds himself drawn to her in ways he never imagined.

“I don’t have a boyfriend. Who are you talking about? You mean that tall blond guy? Richard Kasper? What about him? Don’t get me started with that old man - I’m not in love with him.”
Quick #charactersheet of my OC Sigrid Jörgensen…
A teenager, cursed by her own father to a life cut short, Sigrid stands out as the sole Wicca amidst her peers at the academy. Renowned for her quick wit and unwavering commitment to her studies, she divides her time working alongside her mother, running the community’s flower shop from the ground floor of their home.
Despite her youth, Sigrid yearns for a life brimming with experiences, determined to make the most of her remaining days before her Life Curse seals her fate. Her childhood crush, however, has rebuffed her advances, leaving her with a sense of desolation and cynicism towards matters of the heart.
As her lifeline inches closer to its inevitable end, Sigrid has become the subject of constant scrutiny, under the watchful eye of a Grim Reaper notorious for their presence within the enigmatic Occult Community.

Happy Birthday to my OC - Junior Grim Reaper Cedrick Kasper! And it’s #fridaythe13th - also the same day of the week Cedrick was born.
-
Friday the thirteenth might be seen as an omen of bad luck by many, but for a family deeply entrenched in the occult, it was an auspicious day for a birth. This particular Friday the thirteenth held a special significance, not only for the newborn but also for his parents and grandfather.
Freyja's pregnancy had been marked by tremendous difficulty, exacerbated by a relentless Aswang that had pursued her all the way from Los Angeles to Kiel, the Kasper family's hometown, where the birth was to take place. Johannes, in the midst of his medical residency in Kiel, had urgently called Erik, Freyja's father and the patriarch of the Ström family, informing him of the dire situation. He needed Erik to eliminate the Aswang threat so he could be present for the birth of their child.
Erik wasted no time, immediately grabbing his personal arsenal of occult weaponry and embarking on the journey from Stockholm to Kiel. Battling the Aswang was no small feat, and the confrontation was fierce. In the midst of this supernatural battle, Cedrick arrived into the world two months prematurely, born in an emergency operating room. Following the successful vanquishing of the Aswang, Erik hurried to check on the condition of his daughter and the newborn baby. His presence at the hospital came as a surprise to Freyja. Initially, Erik was disappointed that the baby was a boy. However, the sight of his fragile grandson, who seemed to smile at him from within the incubator, melted his heart. Determined to repair his strained relationship with Freyja and to forge a connection with his son-in-law Johannes for the sake of their family, Erik pledged to make amends.

Couldn’t help it - with an OC with the last name “Kasper”, you know he’s begging to do some kind of a “Ghost Dance”👻

Sigrid spent her childhood in a house where the ground floor transformed into her mother Aina’s enchanting flower shop. Aina’s shop was a world of plants and botanical wonders, where she crafted potions from their extracts. From an early age, Sigrid found a profound connection with these leafy companions. She marveled at their grace, resilience, and the magic of giving birth to new life. Even though she was surrounded by flowers day in and day out, Sigrid cherished every random single bud and bouquet she received. To her, these floral gifts symbolized transient beauty, a reminder of the ephemeral nature of existence. Whether they came from her beloved younger half-brother Torben or her boyfriend Richard, these blooms carried a special place in her heart.
